Pros:

The location is excellent, hotel very clean. Staff at front desk were so pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The bedroom was too hot in August. Only a fan in room which just moved hot air, was challenging to sleep and get ready in morning.

Localisation optimale
Pros:

L’accueil très agréable. Le parking avec la remise de l’hôtel c’est très intéressant, il n’est pas très loin, environ 400 mètres. La vue de notre chambre était formidable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel en face du métro, difficile de faire plus proche. Les lits étaient confortables.

Cons:

Quand il y a la canicule il peut faire chaud dans la chambre. Nous dormions la fenêtre ouverte, canicule allait comme ça.
Le wifi est vraiment mauvais par contre, surtout en soirée et tôt le matin.
Mais le reste est tellement bien que j’ai maintenu une note élevée pour l’emplacement et la vue.

It was a nice stay.
Pros:

The location is great, the metro station lift is right in front of the building, it made travelling all over real easy. The room was very clean quite comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was great that they had a luggage storage facility. We had a very nice stay.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have coffee in the room, and not being there on Switzerland-day celebrations.

Great breakfast and location- NO AIRCON in summer.
Pros:

Location was amazing
Best thing was the amazing breakfast selection and view at breakfast and the staff were kind and friendly

Cons:

Rooms were old and need of repair and redecorating- torn curtains and NO AIR CON- so it was uncomfortable- Altho they supplied two fans- so they were trying. But for price I felt a bit fleeced as their sister hotel had aircon as was much cheaper.

Proche du métro et de la cathédrale à pied.

Cons:

Literie, oreillers inconfortables (le matelas est usé et les oreillers quasi inexistants)
En cas de fortes chaleurs, chambre non climatisé et solutions proposées non suffisentes...

My stay in Lozanne.
Pros:

The hotel is exactly to a metro station. It has 24 hours working reception. They provide in the morning good breakfast for good price. The staff is very polite and they keep the rooms exeptionally clean.

Cons:

I was on a business trip and do not like that I stay only few days. Maybe next time will consider to stay there longer.
The view is exeptional. If you like to see old town and to hear the city clock bells with mountain view, this is good for you.

Gostei do atendimento, os funcionários bem agradáveis. Os quartos bom

Cons:

Fui no verão é os quartos estava muito muito muito quente, não tem ar condicionado, o ventilador não resolveu nada. O balcão do meu quarto era o mesmo do quarto ao lado, com isso pouca privacidade, eu nem consegui abrir a porta do balcão para entrar um ar fresco a noite.
