Great hotel in Strasbourg
Pros:

Cool trendy hotel in the heart of Strasbourg. Nice sized rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was over priced. Some of the finishes in the rooms were cheaper than expected e.g plastic bathroom that looked like marble

Central location. Good clean rooms.

No parking. Very difficult to get to by car. Use the underground car park. Hotel has some limited parking.

Pros:

Excellent location. Amazing breakfast and dinner and staff at restaurant and front desk all very sweet and accommodating.

Cons:

Had prestige room with balcony but thought not adding, teeny and not a good view (to side of hotel)

Dankeschön für das schöne Wochenende in Ihrem Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es hat alles super gepasst. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es hat alles gegeben, was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und es ist fußläufig alles erreichbar.

Un séjour exceptionnel, dans un établissement exceptionnel.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, situé en plein centre-ville à deux pas d'un arrêt de tram ou de la cathédrale. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut autour, on ne peut pas être mieux placé.

Le personnel a été exceptionnel dès notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés beaucoup plus tôt, et par chance les chambres étaient déjà prêtes, on nous a offert le early check-in, un geste que j'apprécie tout particulièrement, car cela nous a permis de visiter la ville de façon sereine le reste de la journée !

Les chambres étaient très spacieuses, propres, et bien insonorisées, les lits confortables, les toilettes et sanitaires propres, les produits de douches sont de très bonne qualité. Il y a des prises USB à côté des lits et le minibar est bien fournis, un room service de nuit est même proposé !
Il y a un restaurant à votre disposition, un espace spa et détente, deux éléments dont je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter, mais je reviendrai pour !

Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel ! Les choix sont énormes et il s'agit uniquement de produits de très bonne qualité en plus, dont beaucoup de choses locales. De plus on vous propose des œufs fraichement préparés (au choix) pour votre plus grand plaisir dès votre arrivée, ainsi que la boisson de votre choix fraichement réalisée dans leur cuisine. Un des meilleurs petit déjeuner que j'ai eu dans un hôtel.

Bref, c'était un magnifique séjour, je pense revenir très bientôt.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas vraiment de points négatifs, juste déçu de ne pas avoir eu le temps de tester le spa & le restaurant ! Peut-être des meilleurs choix dans les snacks du mini frigo dans la chambre, mais détails insignifiants. Peut-être le prix également, qui n'est quant à lui pas insignifiant, mais le service est de si bonne qualité et le placement si parfait, que je trouve que cela peut être justifié dans un sens.
