our go-to hotel in Strasbourg
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, the bed was excellent, and when we asked for a soft mattress topper for a guest with joint issues, it was provided without any problem.

Breakfast was excellent, with delicious à la carte options including eggs and pancakes. The hotel restaurant is also outstanding, although quite small, so it is worth reserving in advance to make sure you get a table.

The location is very central. We walked from the train station in about 10 minutes, and the hotel is right in the pedestrian area, with tram stops just outside and a shopping centre next door. Despite the central location, the room was very well insulated and quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

This will definitely be our go-to hotel in Strasbourg.

Ganz ehrlich ist dieses kleine Frühstücksbuffet keine 39€ wert ! Da erwarte ich in einem 5 Sterne Hotel eine andere Auswahl

Es wird bei der Buchung nach dem Name des Hundes gefragt . Man erwartet automatisch dass hier irgendwas tolles kommt aber Fehlanzeige . Am zweiten Tag hab ich dann mal gefragt ob es wenigstens einen Napf und ein
Hundebett gäbe . Abends wurde zwar der Turn down gemacht aber während man sogar bei Nhow Hotels noch einen Lavendelspray auf dem Kissen findet oder bei günstigen Hotels Gummibären war hier nichts ! Das ist wirklich traurig . Auch hätte das benutze Geschirr am
Abend auch durchaus mitgenommen werden können. Eher frech finde ich die Tatsache dass man für den Hotel Parkplatz 50€ pro Tag zahlt und dann wird das Auto vom Concierge weggefahren mit dem Kommentar : es parken nur die großen Autos direkt am Hotel , die kleinen kommen an einen privaten Stellplatz . Auch nach 3 mal nachfragen wo genau mein Auto sei , habe ich nie eine Antwort bekommen . Vertrauensverhältnis dahin .

Super Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und sehr zentral gelegen

Das Hotel ist wirklich erstklassig. Die Zimmer sind richtig schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück wahnsinnig lecker. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
