Great stay with a great location for our first time in Barcelona.
Pros:

Great location and spacious rooms. Very nice decor.

Cons:

There was maintenance being done on the water during our stay which resulted in no water from 11am to roughly 1:30p daily. However the staff did call daily to inform us.

a lovely long weekend in downtown Barcelona
Pros:

Very friendly staff, super-comfy KING bed with the best selection of pillows, excellent location; the rooms with view on the main street have the cutest little balconies, and that view is so worth it :)

L'habitació era ampla i estava molt neta i ben decorada.
Les recepcionistes eren molt amables i parlaven Català

El llit no era gaire còmode i la flassada era massa gruixuda per l'època de l'any.
L'hotel no té parquing sinó que ofereixen un descompte per aparcar a Saba.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel had everything we needed, huge comfy bed and the shallow rooftop pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool off - we loved reading our books up there in the morning. Room was cleaned immaculately every day, and we were so grateful for the kind response of the staff to our requests. Breakfast was super tasty and loved enjoying the views up there. We were even surprised with a room upgrade, a bottle of fizz and some treats for our anniversary. Thank you so much to the whole team.

Pros:

The room was well decorated and spacious. Although the hotel was on very busy Diagonal Avenue, you could barely hear the street noise once the windows were closed. Everything was in walking distance or a very short taxi drive. The tram is very close which was perfect for our family.

Cons:

They asked for $20 extra for 1pm check out which we said okay to but then they told my teen that we had to leave the room at 12pm in a very aggressive way when he was trying to get his key updated. Obviously the person who offered us the late check out did not put that into their system.
