3 days prior to arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag takes an authorization on the credit card used during booking. Upon arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag requires an imprint of a valid credit card; the hotel will pre-authorize a deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover any charges made during your stay.
Guests without a credit card will be asked to present a valid ID such as a passport on check-in, and to pay accommodations charges in full plus a cash deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover extras. Cash deposits will be refunded on check-out, minus any charges.
Parkhotel Den Haag has indoor parking with a limited number of spaces. Reservation for it needs to be made in advance by contacting the hotel directly. Without confirmation for the garage, there is no space available. Please note that cars running on liquid petrol gas are not allowed. To access the parking garage, guests need to enter The Molenstraat.

Fantastic location right in the city centre, with tram stops close by.
The room was comfortable and tastefully furnished.
The bathroom was spacious and very clean.
Check‑in service was excellent and efficient — I was offered a drink on arrival, and I received a free drink voucher the next day for choosing not to have my towels washed.
Breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food and drinks.
Overall, a very pleasant and well‑run hotel. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
The charging sockets in the room were a little hard to find.
Setting the shower temperature was tricky because it used separate hot and cold taps.
Being close to the Grote Kerk meant I could hear the clock chimes when the window was open.
Breakfast was good
First room was too hot to be in. Staff were excellent in dealing with the situation and got us a new room. This was cooler but in the attic and hardly the deluxe room we had been expecting.
All very good, everything clean and working. Breakfast was exceptional, though somewhat lacking in fruit and vegetables.
The staff were pleasant and professional.

Kamers zijn niet in stijl van architectuur. Jammer
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt was heerlijk. De entree van het gebouw is heel mooi. De locatie is fantastisch.
Er was achterstallig onderhoud m.b.t. de airco's. We hadden een kamer waarin de airco niet werkte. Dit bleek bij meerdere kamers het geval te zijn. Toen we het aangaven konden, was er gelukkig nog wel een kamer vrij waar de airco het wel deed.
