3 days prior to arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag takes an authorization on the credit card used during booking. Upon arrival, Park Hotel Den Haag requires an imprint of a valid credit card; the hotel will pre-authorize a deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover any charges made during your stay.
Guests without a credit card will be asked to present a valid ID such as a passport on check-in, and to pay accommodations charges in full plus a cash deposit of EUR 100 per room per night to cover extras. Cash deposits will be refunded on check-out, minus any charges.
Parkhotel Den Haag has indoor parking with a limited number of spaces. Reservation for it needs to be made in advance by contacting the hotel directly. Without confirmation for the garage, there is no space available. Please note that cars running on liquid petrol gas are not allowed. To access the parking garage, guests need to enter The Molenstraat.

Fantastisch bed
I booked this hotel for €132, which was agreed to be the total price including taxes. However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay an additional €40 deposit, and at checkout, another €13 was charged as a tax.
The hotel itself is below average, and unfortunately, the way they handled the additional charges was neither clear nor transparent.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The service, the overall quality, and especially the way the extra charges were handled were disappointing

Het was een prachtige kamer met een terras, en alles was netjes en proper. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, waardoor er zeker voor iedereen wat wils is. Daarnaast kan je ook gezellig iets drinken in de bar. Een fijne plek om te verblijven!
Het was jammer dat het personeel geen Nederlands sprak. We bevinden ons tenslotte in Nederland, dus je verwacht toch dat er minstens iemand Nederlands kan spreken, vooral aan het onthaal.
Daarnaast moesten we vooraf een aankomsttijd doorgeven voor het inchecken. We hadden aangegeven om 15.00 uur te arriveren, maar kwamen uiteindelijk pas om 16.30 uur aan. Ondanks dat we 1,5 uur later waren dan gepland, was onze kamer nog steeds niet klaar. Dat vonden we erg teleurstellend en zeker een minpunt.
