sejour d'une nuit, l'hotel ne fait pas confiance aux clients.
Pros:

La situation de l'hotel.

Cons:

1. le bouchon du bain , était défectueu et ne se fermait pas, il était impossible de prendre un bain.
2. le prix de la chambre était paye avant le depart du voyage a Booking, mais l'hotel a exige de verser par credit card un montant de 50 $us sans vouloir me donner le reçu du paiement, a titre de garantie . Ceci afin d'avoir vos coordonnées . L'hotel ne fait pas un état des lieux d'entrée et se sotie... ce serait donc un abus de confiance. 3. Pas assez de lumière dans la chambre

Pros:

We love the location in walking distance of Grand Central Station for train and subway connections. A couple of favorite restaurants are nearby.

Cons:

The rooms need many more outlets to plug in electronics. Getting ice delivered to the room. The bar closed at 11 pm on a Friday night with no others close by.

5 stars and the rest!
Pros:

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Staff truly looked after us on our 6 night stay in New York. They are hardworking, always friendly and knowledgeable. Everything from the moment we arrived to the minute we left was just perfect. Baggage drops/storage for earlier check-ins/late departures; advice and support of how best to navigate the city and sights to visit. Excellent location - round the corner from Grand Central Station and with excellent food and beverage shops within very short walking distances in all directions. Delicious cocktails at the hotel bar. Genuinely excellent service making our whole experience the absolute best. Thank you team Fitzpatrick!

A Wonderful Stay
Pros:

We stayed at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central Hotel for a five-night stay and, after staying at many different NYC hotels over the years, we feel we have finally found the hotel we will return to for our visits to the city. The rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Housekeeping came each day to clean our rooms and replace towels. The desk staff was helpful and personable. The on-site Wheeltapper Restaurant is a pub with an Irish American menu and served breakfast, lunch, and dinner in indoor and outdoor seating areas.

There were a few issues we noted. The Wheeltapper does not open until 7:30 a.m. which was too late some mornings, but we found a French Pastry shop two blocks away that served breakfast. The hotel rooms are being remodeled starting with the ninth floor down. When I booked our rooms, I saw photos on the hotel website of walk-in showers in the junior suite. As older travelers, we prefer this option. Our room on the second floor has not been remodeled and had a tub with two steps up to climb in. This was a safety issue for us. Ironically, there was a grab bar, but it was on the left end of the tub where the faucets are. Adding a grab bar at the right end of the tub would have made our entries and exits feel safer. Rooms on the second floor are directly over the Wheeltapper Pub, so we could hear music. It did not go past 10:00 p.m. but we will request a higher floor in the future.

Our future plans will include stays at the Fitzpatrick. It is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near Grand Central Station.

A great place to stay in New York
Pros:

I have honestly lost track of the amount of times we have stayed at this hotel and we honestly would not stay anywhere else in New York.
The staff are all lovely and will always go above and beyond to talk to you or help you and they are a true credit to the management team. I can not name you all but Andrea, Jeff, Chrystal, Garfield, Sybil, Nicole and Bilau you are a true credit to this hotel.
The hotel is in the perfect place to explore all of New York. Right near Grand Central Station. Hotel bar is amazing and was a great place to watch the World Cup and relax with a drink and a meal.
We will be back in November to see you all for Thanksgiving.
