Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Direkt am Ocean Drive.

Cons:

Dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Waren für eine Nacht vor einer Kreuzfahrt. Länger wäre nicht gegangen. Die Dusche wollten wir nicht nutzen da nicht sauber. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Great location & great staff but tired, older rooms.
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the heart of Miami Beach. Reception staff were excellent - early check in was a bonus for our elderly mother in law.

Cons:

Rooms were tired and the bath shower was not ideal. Could do with an upgrade - pretty grimy.

Great experience in an iconic hotel
Pros:

The location was amazing. The stay was no-nonsense and problem free. The Style of the hotel is fantastic, beautiful art deco and on the strip.

Cons:

It would be nice to have an option to include breakfast in the price.

Hotel à rénover en urgence, photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à l'existant !!

Cons:

Salle de bain pas fonctionnelle, oreillers trop durs, vue océan à travers des vitres hyper salles, de l'eau tiède au bout de 15/20 minutes d'attente, wifi quasi inexistante... catastrophique!!!

Location was good. But the Rooms did not look like the pictures on the website.
Pros:

Basically, the only thing I liked about the property was the location. The pictures made it look better than how it actually was.

Cons:

I had a hole in my hotel door The outside hallway can see directly in my room. I had to cover the hole for privacy. The tub looks like it was painted over to cover up rust. And it didn’t have chairs each time for me to enjoy the beach , and once we finally got the beach chairs, We had to carry them from the hotel to the beach, and some of them had rust on them and we could tell that they never clean them after use because we would find other people property and the pockets of the broken rusted chair .I ordered specific food at the restaurant that they didn’t have But it was on the menu. And staff would be standing right next to the opening front door, but would not help hold the doors Even if they see you have a handful of stuff.

Don’t stay here if you want to have a restful night sleep

The housekeepers kept slamming doors non stop , I had to come outside my room and kindly asked them to stop slamming doors , they looked at me and said it’s not their fault , I repeated I was experiencing a headache and closed the door , less than a minute later one started screaming in Spanish and banging the doors louder and on purpose . I came down to the front desk and caira only gave me an email . That night was even worse cause there was a fight going on the third floor at 12am and I picked up the room phone and it wasn’t working . I had to endure at least 3 hours of screams , children crying in the hallway and just drama . In the morning , same story , doors being slammed and after couple of hours I come out kindly asked them to stop slamming doors non stop and they went quiet and pretended I said nothing . That day I checked out never going again and will request my credit card for a refund
