Excellent emplacement.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Près de la place d Espagne, et a 10mn du centre historique . Tout se fait à pied.
Chambres spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Aver scoperto che la tariffa pagata prenotando il soggiorno con oltre un mese di anticipo e usufruendo dello sconto Genius è risultata di circa il 20% superiore a quanto avrei speso prenotando lo stesso soggiorno il giorno prima (424,00€ anziché 365,00€). Mi farebbe piacere avere una spiegazione da Booking.

Wegen der Baustelle vorm Hotel hat uns unser Navi nicht ins Hotel bringen können. Haben uns nach dem 3. Versuch es zu finden, ein Taxi genommen. Dann warst ganz einfach. Aber trotz allem, immer wieder gern.

No shower gel in the bathroom, no coffee machine or other possibility to make one, bad smell on the corridors , the bathroom on the reception was looking very old ….all in a 4 stars hotel

Acierto en la elección del hotel en Zaragoza

La atención recibida, y el tamaño, situación y calidad de la habitación. No he tenido mas remedio que valorar todo como excelente.

Cómodo pero se nota el tiempo aun reformado

La cama, como siempre, muy cómoda.

Cons:

No había jabón de manos en el baño, sí que indicaban que si faltaba algún amenitie que lo podías pedir, pero no nos pareció apropiado esa falta tan importante, cogimos del gel de ducha para las manos.
También había algún pelo por la bañera cuando llegamos, cosa nunca vista en un Silken (al menos por nosotros) y llevamos bastantes visitas.
La taza del baño a pesar de estar higienizada, tenía manchas que supongo que ya no se quitan, esto no es crítica a la limpieza, pero si a la falta de mantenimiento.
Me he llevado un poco decepción, es como si no le pusieran cuidado a los detalles, cuando esta cadena no era así. Una pena.
