Pros:

Location, have stayed there before, chose to go again. Good position for station, and many attractions. Close to great ice cream shop and restaurants. Cool welcoming reception area for when it's very hot outside. Storage facilities offered if required.

Cons:

The lift is very small and claustrophobic. Next time I'll request a room on the first floor instead of the top floor.

J'ai eu plaisir à revenir dans cet ancien et charmant palais florentin, par ailleurs si bien placé.
Pros:

Situé entre le Duomo et la gare centrale et le tramway pour l'aéroport, l'emplacement est idéal.
Le personnel est prévenant et souriant.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
Dans cet ancien palais du XVIIe, les chambres ont beaucoup de charme.
