Pros:

The hotel is in a central location and is located in a (fully-modern) historic building tied to the Italian aristocracy; a very friendly, helpful staff at the Front Desk; several excellent restaurants nearby - particularly "Giglio Rosso" around the corner.

Cons:

Our only complaint with this (otherwise very good) hotel was with the breakfast room, and its lack of proper management/oversight. Several food items often ran out, and would not be re-stocked within a reasonable period of time or not at all - even when the "breakfast room staff guy" was informed of this ongoing problem IN ITALIAN (not in English).

Good choice but not for seniors or heavy luggage
Pros:

Excellent location, close to all main attractions and 5 mins walk from the T2 (airport) tram stop and the train station. Large rooms, great beds. Breakfast is better than the average italian one, and tea/coffee/water is served in the dining room around the clock.

Cons:

Be prepared to walk stairs up and down. There's an elevator, but it does not reach all the floors. So, if you have luggage or you otherwise struggle with stairs, the hotel is not for you.

Nice hotel Lovely staff
Pros:

We stayed at the Hotel Paris when we went to Florence to celebrate my husbands ‘big’ birthday. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel The reception staff were lovely, very welcoming. Our room was HUGH!! The room could have done with a bit of updating but it was clean as was the bathroom. Had a comfy bed so sleep wasn’t a problem.
The breakfast choice was adequate and there was tea & coffee freely available whenever we wanted it.
All in all a very pleasant stay in a lovely city
We would stay here again
Oh and there’s a really nice restaurant just across from the hotel which, if you’re into massive steaks, is definitely the place for you!

Family Of Four!
Pros:

An absolutely incredible stay in Florence! The service was exceptional from start to finish, the staff truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The rooms were gorgeous, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of amazing options to choose from.

The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, making it so easy to explore the city. This was truly a 10/10 experience, and we already can’t wait for our next visit!
