La Maison Champs Elysées

Air conditioning does not work. Room is decorated with dormitory level furniture, it has a refrigerator on the floor and a random dining chair for no apparent purpose. Quality of finish is similar to a mobile home.

I had stayed here a couple of times earlier in the year and was nice enough - not brilliant rooms but definitely good enough for central Paris. This trip, despite being told that I would be given the same room as before - I was given an alternative room which turned out not to have air conditioning - and this during a hot period!!! I heard many similiar horror stories from other guests. The manager (Filip Doric) was particularly unhelpful and unplesant.

Beautiful room, great location and very very nice and helpful staff
The hotel prepared a wonderful surprise for my daughter on the occasion of her 6th birthday. The room was decorated with balloons, and there was even a birthday cake and a gift! Everything looked amazing, and the room was extremely comfortable.

AC was broken in our room and they knew it while they gave us the room. Charged us 900E for a room that was 100 degrees Fahrenheit when we walked in. Also had terrible service

Read the reviews carefully. Our room faced the atrium and was located on the floor above the "restaurant", which becomes a nightclub late at night. Make no mistake, the noise level and vibration from this nightclub is palpable and continues well into the night.
When we initially got to our non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. To the staff's credit, they were able to neutralize the smell. To be clear, I don't believe the room had been smoked in, but probably came into the room from someone smoking in an adjoining housekeeping closet.
The location is convenient.
The front desk staff was hit and miss.
We ate breakfast twice at the restaurant, the staff was excellent and the food very good.
For the money, you can do better.

This hotel is in a great location stretching from Arc de Triomphe to Place de la Concorde. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower and great boutiques and restaurants. Our room had air conditioning but there were people complaining of significantly limited air conditioning. The only Marriott Platinum or Titanium recognition was $10 off breakfast or 1,000 points. No upgrades were done at the desk and we were told that they needed to be requested prior to our stay.

Great hotel room. The staff are really nice and the rooms are spacious and really clean. I highly recommend this place.

Location is great! Convenient to Grand Palais, Champs & Eiffel Tower areas. Staff was accommodating & helpful.
Breakfast was good and reasonable value.
Housekeeping was a bit spotty & inconsistent for a high-end hotel

Emplacement, confort, gentillesse personnel.

Lovely experience at this hotel! The hotel staff went well above and beyond during our stay and made my wife and I feel welcome and comfortable. They acknowledged my birthday and left a slice of cake in the room which was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated! Marta, Elena and especially Mario went out of their way to make this one of the best hotel stays in recent memory. The breakfast staff were also very warm and friendly and the food was great!
