Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et très professionnel.
L'hotel est vieillissant, il nécessiterait une rénovation. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais peu agréable. Literie pas confortable. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit.
Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Garage inklusive. Sehr gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück. Haben i hoteleigenen Restaurant hervorragend gegessen.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel und somit Innenstadt gut erreichbar.
Wir hatten von Booking ein Upgrade auf ein Komfortzimmer bekommen.men. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Camere da ristrutturare, nella mia la maniglia era quasi a penzoloni e nel bagno perdite d’acqua. Poche prese elettriche funzionanti
Hotel in una posizione strategica a Vicenza, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro; camera molto spaziosa ed accogliente, pulita con letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Colazione ottima, con prodotti sia dolci che salati; staff molto gentile.
Il parcheggio sotterraneo un plus.

Non sono solito lasciare recensioni ma farò un'eccezione vista la pessima esperienza. Scortesia alla reception: per "sbaglio" stava per addebitarmi sulla carta il costo della stanza già pagata con tanto di ricevuta e con estrema scortesia mi è stato fatto presente che avevo pagato qualche giorno dopo la prenotazione. Stanza sporca, con evidenti segni di fumo (sono fumatore ma civile) con un bagno dove non ho osato fare la doccia. Caldo all'inverosimile e ascensore con problemi di manutenzione. Non ho chiesto cambio camera o rimborso dal momento che era tardi e necessitavo di un tetto sopra la testa. Che praticamente è ciò che mi è stato offerto seppur con evidenti infiltrazioni. Pessimo in tutto
