colazione molto scarsa e quasi inesistente dopo 20 minuti dall'apertura colazioni tutto vuoto e non rimpiazzato veramente scarsissima inoltre personale addetto non all'altezza
Vogliono apparire per quello che non sono struttura vecchia con manutenzioni inesistenti segnalato asse wc quasi staccato e maniglia porta interna camera staccata ma non è servito a nulla piu' che un 4 stelle meriterebbe 1 stella

A bit sketchy neighbourhood..
Wielkość i czystość pokoju i łazienki, bardzo bogaty i smaczny bufet śniadaniowy.
Pod hotelem garaż podziemny.
Pokój był na wysokim piętrze, więc z okna był wspaniały widok na Vincenze.
Uprzejma obsługa w hotelu i restauracji.
Widać już "ząb czasu", szczególnie w łazience jest jakiś widoczny problem z wilgocią. Woda wyciekała z brodzika. Garaż podziemny także zalany wodą.
Poza tym nie dostałam pokoju wyższej kategorii, który przysługiwał mi zgodnie z nagrodą z Booking i podobno to standardowo się tam zdarza.

Camera e bagno molto spaziosi. Accessori da bagno molto superiori alla norma. Parcheggio coperto sotto l'hotel gratuito. Colazione buona ed abbondante, sia dolce che salata.
Posizione in area multietnica, anche se poi tutto è andato tranquillo
A hotel, reggeli rendben volt. Kedves a személyzet. Tiszta,jól felszerelt. Közel a belváros. Parkolás mélygarázsban.
Sötétedés után nem mentünk ki.

Difficoltà a regolare il climatizzatore
Ho apprezzato la posizione strategica e la gentilezza del personale alla reception e al ristorante.
Scarsa attenzione ai dettagli nelle camere ( poche e scomode prese elettriche, stanza "troppo fresca", climatizzatore settato a 22° con 30° esterni e di certo nella camera assegnatami, materasso a molle "troppo vissuto" senza nemmeno un topper ). Da un hotel a 4* un riposo confortevole non me lo aspetto ma lo pretendo... sinceramente. E un ascolto del Cliente un po' frettoloso e approssimativo. L'esempio più rilevante: La sera prima, al mio arrivo, ho chiesto subito di saldare il conto e fatto presente dell'esigenza di check in anticipato, prima delle 7:00 la mattina seguente ( causa tempi stretti di viaggio, poche coincidenze tra bus e treno). Il giorno dopo faccio per restituire il badge, saluto al volo e convinta del passaggio di consegne tra i 2 ragazzi, di corsa sto per uscire a prendere l'autobus e il receptionist del turno di mattina, sempre cortese ma con voce sorpresa e un po' allarmata mi chiede se avessi pagato... 😅☺️ Solo input di miglioramento 😉
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura era pulita e accogliente. Henry è stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e ospitale, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. Non abbiamo trovato alcun aspetto negativo: è stato tutto perfetto. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura!

Hätte etwas sauberer sein können.
Hotel molto pulito e curato al minimo dettaglio. Lo staff, in particolar modo chi lavora al ristorante/bar, veramente eccellente.
Tutti molto educati e gentili.
Abbiamo usufruito della colazione inclusa e devo dire che non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Dalle crostate allo yogurt tutto molto buono.
La stanza non era solo bella, ma anche organizzata bene. Il bagno spettacolare con tutto quello che serve per chi viaggia. Addirittura un rasoio monouso e degli spazzolini.
La camera molto fresca e ben profumata...

Stayed for a couple of nights, the hotel has a great old-school atmosphere. The room was big, very clean, and comfortable. Hotel provides very good breakfast with wide selection and we also liked private parking lot.
