Très joli, magnifiquement decoré. Piscine très agréable sur le rooftop. Super petit dejeuner. Nombreux services de qualité.

Cons:

L’ambiance pas toujours sereine: un personnel stressé, sous pression, avec un managment qui semble autoritaire et que le client perçoit. L’établissement doit encore trouver une façon de fonctionner qui puisse mettre à l’aise le client et lui éviter des inconforts dus à ce stress.

Excellent location and overall had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Great location and lovely breakfast. Small plunge pool was comfortable and beds and towels provided were lovely. Room good size and shower was lovely and the Ortiga Sicilia bathroom products were exceptional!

Cons:

The clothes storage was a rail over the drawer unit so no hanging space for longer items. The drawers were quite old and very difficult to open and close.
No price list for the mini fridge and disappointing to not even be supplied with water. We did ask for the menu which they said they would bring up but didn’t.
Safe didn’t work and we did report to reception and nobody came to fix. The coffee machine would have been handy to come with instructions but we figured it out eventually.

A beautiful appointed boutique hotel in the perfect location to explore the historic district.
Pros:

The location was excellent, very central to the historic district . Easy walking to the markets, beautiful cathedrals, the Massimo Theatre, restaurants and shopping. The stunning vine-covered courtyard was a tranquil oasis from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast offering was outstanding, we’re still dreaming about the blood red freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We just loved our stay here.
