Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything during my stay exceeded my expectations, from the excellent service to the relaxing atmosphere. I truly enjoyed every moment here and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in good location for historic centre .
Pros:

Breakfast was great although no gluten or dairy free options available. Perhaps should have put in a request prior to stay but were assured there would be gluten free options on day 2 of our stay.

Wannabe expensive hotel for facilities
Pros:

Close to the city center but in the market, but could be not appreciated for people that are anxious for security.
Renovated rooms.
Very good breakfast.
Nice young staff, helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Our room was located in an adjacent building with separate entrance from the reception lobby.
We had to climb one full abrupt staircase to get to the elevator.
The area is a bit rough; inside the market.
The mattress was broken on one side.
No cupboard in the room, only a rod for hanging clothes.
Very small security safe, can handle only your passport.
No mineral water supplied, no espresso machine.
