Location and breakfast. Both were excellent
No information about Palermo or the hotel at all.
Drawers didn’t open in chest in bedroom.
Interior of hotel was very beige and quite cold in parts.

Nothing - we had a lovely stay and during a heatwave a pool on your rooftop is even more desirable

Rooms were beautiful. Spacious with a calming atmosphere. Only stayed one night and given an upgrade which was kind. Food and drinks were amazing- highly recommend!
Taxi able to arrive outside which was a plus.
Pool area looks stunning on the pictures, and was beautiful and very peaceful, however all of the beds are in the shade, which is great after a days hot sightseeing, just something be aware of before booking. Rooftop area with pool was under construction ,however advertised as open on all sites. Staff unable to even let us view it for future trips or reference which was a real shame.
Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Palermo! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, von der Reception zu den Housekeeping Damen, alle sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn man einen Wunsch hat, kann man sehr einfach per Message kommunizieren. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit leckeren, frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen on top. Viele selbstgemachte Kuchen & Süssspeisen.

Hotel elegante e curato nei dettagli, con un servizio impeccabile e un’accoglienza davvero speciale. Ottima la cucina del ristorante, ma la vera chicca è il rooftop!

Great location for everything. 4 mins walk to the Teatro Massimo, 5 mins walk to, in my opinion, the best market in Palermo, the Merkato del capo. The staff is the nicest most helpful and efficient we have come across. Rooms and the beds were excellent and so was the jacuzzi on the terrace. As for the restaurant, the breakfast was excellent and so was the service. The diner menu and quality was sooo good that's enough to say that in a city famous for the choice of food, we ate there twice. We will certainly stay there again next time we are in Palermo
