Pros:

The staff were lovely, helpful and could not do enough. The bar and downstairs areas were very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean. Still value for money given what we paid.

Cons:

The room was dark and dated. No opening window for air. Tv had no signal. Tea tray had only coffee and 3 milks ( we were given tea bags when requested) no extras at all like tissues or water even to purchase in the room. Mattress was old and very bouncy. I wouldn't like to spend more than one night in it. I think there were nicer rooms if we had paid more.

Pros:

Location was fine, easy as we visited the cathedral but original access was hard- need the car parking( very good) post code rather than the front entrance post code for SatNav - one way with road works? Thank you!

Cons:

The scrambled egg was not up to standard.

Also meals in bar were far too large, even for those with huge capacities!

Over all very good but let down by thin wall partitioning.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, overall cleanliness was excellent and breakfast was very good also.

Cons:

Room walls were hollow. You can hear everything what is going on in the next room with ease. Be it a party, tv or other things.

Pleasant stay, would stay over again
