I went to the reception to ask for a bottle of water and they obligued me to pay in Cash and
There was NO WAY to charge it to the room.
So As far as the room was too far away... I did not get the water.

They say is CLOSE TO ATOCHA, is not that closed, 15 minutes WALK and when you go with the
luggage, is a real inconvenient.

Al llegar me cobraron con una moneda diferente a mi reserva, lo cual causa confusión. pequeño! Se dejó una billetera con $800 con 15 euros, en el colchón, se telefoneo la misma noche al hotel y nos indicaron que no apareció la billetera a pesar de que dijeron que no habían arreglado aun la habitación y no apareció cual fue muy extraño ya que solo se llevaba una maleta pequeña. Nuestra esperanza era que la devolvieran, por ser un buen hotel, aún esperamos que aparezca, pero no ha pasado, muy mala experiencia No devolvieron la billetera y una vez hospedada bajé a investigar del desayuno me dieron un precio y cuando volví confirmar la reserva me indicaron que no se podía porque debí hacerlo en el check in a pesar que no me lo indicaron al Llegar. Al final pagué más por el desayuno.
