The Ac was not working, very hot could not sleep the first day . Second day they moved me to another bedroom but still the AC was not that great

The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we asked for anything - from advice about how to get to the nearest hospital to prompt and friendly service in the bar.

Cons:

The general area around the hotel was a concrete desert so nowhere attractive to explore nearby on foot. The room was a decent size - but the bathroom was awful. It was badly designed and crowded. The shower was over the bath - shower-head mounted so high on the wall I had to ask my husband to lift it down so I could use it. The bath itself was slippery - my husband slipped and hurt himself after which we put the towelling bath mat into the bath to prevent serious accident. There was a bidet fitted very close to the side of the bath making it nearly impossible to get in or out of the bath while negotiating the moveable shower screen. For the price of the room there should have been a decent-sized bathroom.

Pros:

Muy buen hotel, con una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de Atocha. El desayuno es muy bueno y el staff siempre está súper atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Además, cuenta con parking, lo cual es muy cómodo si vas en coche. ¡Muy buena experiencia, totalmente recomendable!
