The hotel was very elegant, clean and well kept. The room was very comfortable. The property was easy to find and very close to Atocha train station.
I wouldn’t say these are things we didn’t like it’s just simply some suggestions of things that need regular maintenance. The toilet seat was rather loose, the bathroom door was making a rather loud noise every time it was closed… That’s definitely an issue with the hinges. Finally, the air conditioning in the room didn’t cool down as we expected.
