Pros:

All rooms are good and spacious, it would have been a very good hotel if Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

Cons:

Wi-Fi is slow and often doesn't work. I think it wouldn't be expensive for the hotel to connect an internet cable with a wi-fi router to every room. And it would improve the ratings a lot.

Pros:

It’s a very old hotel has a particular scent so unpleasant. The a/c in the first room was broken. I had to go to the front desk 4 times to fix the keys to the new room during just one night. Not to mention the bad spirits in the hotel… haunted I would say. I prayed God over the souls trapped there to be released …quite a paranormal experience.

Everything!!!!!! Horrible hotel. Horrible service. Wifi doesn't work. Satellite direct TV is horrible tv didn't work. Had to change room to another room that was worse .. pillows flat .. comforter dirty no microwave I mean it was just the worst place I've ever been to. For the price I could have stayed at the beach somewhere. Extremely disappointed dissatisfied no refunds i mean wtf

Tranquilidad y personal muy atento. El Customer service Andres es muy atento.

Estuvo bien.

Cons:

Sin embargo podrían mejorar, cambiando las cortinas que se aprecian gastadas y arreglar alguna conexión que muestra la instalación fuera de lugar.
La llave (tarjeta) demoraba en abrir.
