The Virgin Hotel Dallas is a very nice property - big rooms, super clean. The lobby has a great coffee bar. I was so happy to have met Marcella - who waited on me twice - she was so kind and the best server.
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights at one of the balcony suites. From Jason at the valet station to America at the front desk to Chris at the Commons restaurant to Amanda at the pool cabana, the staff were so warm and welcoming. AND THE ROOM WAS LOVELY! Super comfy bed. We would have loved to buy like a souvenir Virgin Hotel hat or shirt as a memory of our stay but there is no gift shop.
Recently learned hotel is cashless and no photos allowed in the library (major change). Poor customer service experience at the bar and library. Bar lighting was off due to heated conditions in the commons club. Seems like the hotel
Is going down under new management with layoffs of familiar faces sadly….i hope the hotel doesnt lose its charm
Marcella was a great host and server. We love the Virgin Hotel and will be back. The pool was amazing. The views were great.

Far too expensive. Ice machines did not work on any floor. Valet was slow and inconsistent. Food was terrible in Commons and Pool Bar. Service was ridiculous in Commons and Pool Bar. There was trash everywhere at Pool Bar. Pool water was disgusting and filthy. Guests were from outside the hotel and rude/dirty. The bar Service and bartender were so bad and slow. The drink prices are absurd and taste awful. Commons was incredibly hot and had tacky fans everywhere. Dining service was so slow constantly. Rooms were way too small and filled with junk. Hallways were dirty. The neighborhood was very sketchy and dangerous. Not a good value. Not at all what we have come to expect from Virgin. We will not stay here again.
It was my wife and I's first time at a Virgin property and it was excellent. We're definitely coming back and look forward to exploring other Virgin experiences.
I wanted to love this hotel, but unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The issues weren’t just one mistake, they were repeated service failures throughout the stay. I experienced problems at check-in, room service, billing, and departure. The most concerning issue occurred around 2:30 a.m. when I returned to the hotel and found the entrance locked with no front desk employee or valet present. I had to call the hotel to be let inside. A friend who stayed with me experienced the same thing the previous night around 1:00 a.m., sitting alone in the lobby waiting for an Uber with no employee visible. That raises real concerns about overnight staffing and guest safety. While the manager did provide compensation for part of the stay, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again because the overall service never matched the price point.
Booked through American Travel, not allowed to upgrade, front desk not friendly, faciliy is old, not well maintainced. agree to refund the amentiy fee but never see the credit, not recommend
This was my first stay in a hotel that I slept well the first night! The amenities were high quality and practical. The ability to control everything from the tv was awesome and easy to use.
Veronica was exceptional and her drinks were amazing. Each one had an excellent flavor and consistency all around. Awesome customer service and the BEST espresso martinis I’ve had in a very long time. Veronica thanks so much your drinks made our day for sure after the flight.
Don’t expect to check in on time. Drove 4-hours from San Antonio, arrived at 3:40pm to check into the Richard’s Penthouse Flat just to be told I can’t b/c they didn’t get it cleaned. What a joke, they don’t respect your time or money.

I decided to occupy the Virgin Hotels to get some assignments completed. Jade’s attentiveness towards her guests is very warming. She offered me water shortly after my arrival and tended to the staff’s needs expeditiously. She is a rockstar!
The location was great. Steps away from great bars and restaurants. My issue was the huge dent in the middle of my mattress that made it hard to sleep. Also, the bar downstairs had no air. Overall, great location and great service. Manny the bartender was wonderful as well.

Hotel was clean and beautiful! And had one of the sweetest waitresses I have ever met, Marcella was always so kind and fretted us with a smile ! And staff always greeted us at the entrance as well
We had an amazing stay! The hotel has such a sexy, stylish vibe and made for a great experience from start to finish. The doorman and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Any requests we had were handled quickly and efficiently, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Came for dinner & the host Torrie reserved us a table in the green room soo nice and intimate! One of my favorite spots in the resturant! The spicy tuna rolls were so bomb!
Excellent stay! The warm, friendly, and knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was thoughtfully designed and felt more like my own private bedroom than a typical hotel room. I loved the separate vanity area with the huge mirror, the spacious shower, and the dedicated space for my personal belongings.
The king-size bed was incredibly cozy, and the couch and table were perfect for getting a little laptop work done. The in-room beverage selection offered plenty of variety, which was a nice touch.
The shuttle service was also a standout. It was incredibly convenient, and the drivers were gracious, making sure the vehicle was always at a comfortable temperature before each ride.
A stylish, comfortable hotel with outstanding service—I would definitely stay here again!
