As an event planner who has worked with a lot of different hotel properties over the years, I can confidently say that Virgin Hotels Dallas stands out from the crowd.

Let's start with the basics: the location is excellent. Walkable restaurants gave our 100+ attendees easy options for meals and downtime, which is a small thing that makes a big difference for out-of-town guests. The rooms and amenities are lovely, but what really sets this property apart is the atmosphere. The stylish, thoughtfully designed spaces meant the feeling of a high-quality, luxury event came built into the venue itself — a big cost savings when you consider what it would take to recreate that environment through décor and production.

But the real differentiator is the staff. The attentiveness of a hotel's conference team makes or breaks an event, and Virgin Hotels' team delivered at every turn. They were accommodating to every attendee need, rolled with last-minute changes without missing a beat, and did it all with a warmth that felt genuinely motivated — not just professionally obligated.

Nic, our conference manager, was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process — responsive, organized, and easy to problem-solve with. On-site, Joe and Griselda were simply outstanding. Easy to reach when I needed something, ready to assist before I even had to ask, and consistently positive in a way that set the tone for our entire event.

As the planner managing a large group, feeling supported makes an enormous difference. Virgin Hotels Dallas gave me that. Book your next event here — you won't regret it!

I came for happy hour - drinks were good. The host Torrie was very nice with greeting us and ensuring we were good the whole time. Walking up and seeing her cheerful smile immediately made me feel welcomed.

I was really excited to stay at the Virgin Hotel on our trip to Dallas to watch the England game at the World Cup.

I spent £3000 for two rooms for two nights. I’ve always been a big fan of Virgin atlantic and I’m english. So it went hand in hand.

I was really disappointed with the hotel. The idea was great but just executed badly at every level.

The room was dusty. The blinds all ripped so you could just about open or close them. The pillow cases stained and marked. The red sofa again dusty and not looked after. And this was an expensive room. £800 a night.

The pool was odd. In the concrete finish that made it look really not appealing. But more than that, the pool was full of people not staying at the hotel having a party around you. Drinking buckets of alcohol in middle of afternoon, who were there just on a day pass - Which killed the atmosphere and again not what you would want or expect for such an expensive stay.

The bar and Resturant had the fate. A little sad and empty each night by 9pm as none of the actually guests went and was full of the people from the pool from earlier not staying at the hotel. Killing any nice atmosphere you again would expect from a good hotel.

Finally the area. It’s a bit out the way. And a room with a view consisted of looking out over lots of parking lots.

Nice idea. Badly done. Would not recommend or stay and maybe would put me off any virgin hotel if this is there thing.

WOW is all that I can say! We were beyond impressed with the services (bar, food, pool) and the property itself. Super clean, comfortable bedding! This was our first time in Dallas and they gave us GREAT recommendations!

For some reason this place attracts good bartenders, marvin, torrie and lauren were exceptional. Im not sure why management turnover is so high, but the powers that be gotta figure it out because theyre at risk of losing something valuable.

Enjoyed fine dining at the Commons Club with Tori & Lauren. Absolute sweethearts! Good was excellent and only surpassed by the wonderful service of these two ladies. Thanks for a pleasant evening.

John and torri were amazing!! They made my experience absolutely the most enjoyable experience!!!!!!

Dinner was perfect, the vibes felt so good with our servers. Always asking us how we’re doing and making sure everything was taken care of. Will definitely come here again.

The hotel is a total VIBE!! The Drag brunch is incredible, best in Dallas. The food at every venue inside the hotel is amazing and the leadership team is very committed to ensuring our stay was the best.

We were here for the DIFF Mixer, and Torrie was INCREDIBLE! The air conditioning was out and she found us a fan, helped to get our drinks and food, and throughout was so kind and attentive. I will come back here because of Torrie and Marvin, the bartender.

I had lunch at the Commons Clib recently and the server, Marcella’s service was impeccable. It was a really hot day and she was very thoughtful in giving me a bottle of water to go.
