We just concluded a 3-day event at Virgin Hotels Dallas and felt compelled to share our experience. From the valets who greet you on arrival to housekeeping who respond to every need, the staff was exceptional throughout.
Joe and Griselda were so attentive and intuitive that we’re already hoping to have them with us at future events. They truly went above and beyond.
The food was exceptional; our attendees shared that we had undersold what they would be given. It helped create that premium experience we sought.
Now, the venue itself. For a community of professional stylists and image consultants, it couldn’t have been more perfect. This isn’t your traditional business conference venue; it’s ideal for more intimate gatherings. We’d recommend 150 or fewer. Design is present in every detail, making every part of the hotel a perfect photo backdrop. And the rooms have a great space to get ready for each day.
If you’re planning a leisure stay or an event that needs to leave a real impression, Virgin Hotels Dallas belongs at the top of your list.

The restaurant has amazing!! I didn’t have the best experience at the pool but the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They sympathized with me and showed my friend and I compassion and helped us feel so much better about our trip.

Nice hotel. Valet and front desk is great. Food is mid. Wonderfully designed room although the lighting situation is confusing. Great fitness center. Nice pool but unable to enjoy as there were too many outside guests utilizing it and occupied all the lounge chairs.

This is his my second stay at the Virgin Hotel in Dallas. I have to say that the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I love booking this hotel for weekend getaways. I like the location as it is easy access to just about anything you're trying to get to in Dallas.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Their customer service truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The style and design are everything—modern, trendy, and thoughtfully curated throughout the property. My room was super cute, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed.

The location was also perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to take advantage of all the amenities and experiences the hotel has to offer.

Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return the next time I'm in Dallas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with great service and a prime location!

Great vibes, food and overnight accommodations! Enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay! There is always something fun going on at the hotel. Amazing spaces to host groups or host a meeting in the city! Walkable to great dining and entertainment!

Had an amazing stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas this weekend! The highlight was definitely John at the bar. He was friendly, welcoming, authentic, and truly made us feel at home each morning. Beyond great service and drink recommendations, he also shared awesome Dallas recommendations that really elevated the trip.

Loved the pool atmosphere with the DJ, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Will definitely be returning to the best hotel in Dallas!

A beautiful hotel with wonderful food options. The rooms are gorgeous and unique. The service is spectacular and the whole place has you feeling out of an Alice in Wonderland book. A very elegant and unique place, highly recommend

Never a dull moment but exceptional customer service. Veronica was THE BEST bartender of all time! She upgraded every drink I requested!

Wonderful service team and an overall great dining experience. We really enjoyed our meal, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The food came out quickly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service truly made the experience stand out.

Hotel is absolutely amazing! Room is better than home! Mini bar has all you can ask for! Shower / bath is huge and so luxurious! Bar / check in staff is great. This is a fantastic AmEx Partner property! Don’t pass it up!!!

Could not be worse than it was! No AC in lobby. NO service in bars or restaurants and nobody cared. The management staff was horrible and offered zero help. We waited 93 minutes or and hour and 33 minutes to get a breakfast that was incorrect. We ordered iced tea and it was in an iced tea glass with no ice and hot. When we asked for ice the waitress said “there is ice in the water”. The “manager” on duty was terrible and had zero to offer. The AC was out all weekend in the lobby, bar, restaurant areas. Never ever again. If I could get my money and week d back I would never have stayed here. The Virgin Brand should be EMBARRASSED!

Great hotel with gracious staff. The eclectic and updated atmosphere are consistent with the Virgin brand.

The location is close to the Dallas Design District, and lots of places to eat are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, lots of options to eat, and honestly some of the best vibes in Dallas or at any hotel. Even though there were a few billing issues, the staff was extremely helpful in correcting them.

We stayed at Virgin Hotel Dallas for a business trip and had a mixed experience overall.

On the positive side, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the team assisting with catering on the upper floor was equally impressive — genuinely lovely service. The bartenders downstairs also deserve a shoutout: attentive, friendly, and quick.

Unfortunately, the meeting room on the pool level fell short for business use. The sliding doors don't seal well, which let in significant noise from the hallway — a real issue when you're trying to run a productive session. We also found a complete lack of desk-level power outlets; plugs were only available on the walls, making it inconvenient for a working setup.

The restaurant hospitality downstairs also needs some attention. Service was slow and the food didn't quite hit the mark, which was disappointing given the overall style of the property.

With a few operational improvements — particularly around the event spaces and restaurant — this could be a great spot for business travelers. The staff who are getting it right are a real asset.

We stayed at the Virgin Hotel for couple of day and really enjoyed the service, restuarant, coffee shop and the FREE local shuttle service. We were able to walked to restaurants, too.

Great experience overall! Very friendly staff and beautiful room! The valet guys are all friendly and helpful. This hotel has thought of everything.

I enjoyed the luxury accomodations and service. I celebrated my birthday with friends and we could not find a better location. The Common Club food and service was top notch. The manager took special care with all guests and made sure we were completely satisfied. The whole hotel experience is a Vibe.
