If you want bath towels, do not stay here.

I didn’t like the fact that Booking.com never notified me about the amenities being unusable at the Coconut Inn for example, the pool was totally tore apart. When we arrived. The breakfast was the same food all week long there was very little variation, we had to ask for towels every day. They would take our bath towels, but never leave face towels or bath towels after they clean the room we had to search out someone to help us every day. Finally, the last day they gave us some towels SMH the girls there are absolutely wonderful very sweet very accommodating, however, I was very upset about not being informed about the pool. Had I known I would’ve made other arrangements to stay somewhere else.

Hotel terribile solo per famiglie colombiane , niente dì internazionale

Colazione frittata in tutte le salse, camera vecchia ,donne delle pulizie che non lasciavano asciugamani, lenzuola macchiate, e per finire piscina chiusa per ristrutturazione, abbiamo chiesto alla struttura un rimborso parziale, ma ci hanno risposto che se non ci andava bene potevamo andare via, colpevole anche Booking che secondo loro era al corrente dei lavori della piscina, non ci ha avvertito visto che c’era la cancellazione gratuita potevamo scegliere un altra struttura, ma questo sarà un problema che risolverò con Booking
