Pros:

Le cadre, le petit déjeuner bien copieux en buffet. Le personnel très accueillant. Le repas du dîner, gourmand!

Cons:

La salle de bain de notre chambre N°115. Au niveau de l'accès spa piscine.
Escalier pour descendre au lavabo puis grande baignoire 🛁 pour y accéder nouvel escalier très haut. Chambre pour personnes jeunes et mobiles! Cela est même dangereux. L'idéal serait de faire une grande douche 🚿 au même niveau que le lavabo!

Hôtel sur le Golf
Pros:

Bel endroit pour se reposer. Emplacement de premier choix sur le Golf. Grande piscine, excellent restaurant. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Les chambres sont confortables, et spacieuses.
Grande gentillesse de toute l'équipe de l'hôtel et du restaurant.

Cons:

Chambre un peu datée, qui mériterait un léger rafraîchissement.

Excellent location and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The room and facilities were very good and there was plenty of parking.
The restaurant had a fabulous view and the food was excellent. The food options were limited which meant we had to eat the same thing each night.

Cons:

When we arrived the sofa bed was not made up in our room and this could not be done until the next day which was very disappointing. To be fair they said there was a mix up in the booking but they did not try to resolve the problem.
There was not enough seating space at the pools.

Agréable pour 1-2 nuits du fait de la prise en otage et de l'impossibilité de bouger sans voiture!
Pros:

Les chambres, la propreté, l'ambiance générale

Cons:

Aucune navette pour aller sur Bandol ou autre, probablement volontaire de la part de l'hôtel pour tout facturer plus cher sur place. C'est dommage dans un hôtel de ce standing de prendre les clients en otage!

le cadre reste agréable et le personnel est toujours accueillant

Cons:

Nous venons de passer 5 jours en famille à l'Hôtel Frégate. Cela fait maintenant 5 ans que nous y séjournons régulièrement, ce qui nous permet de constater une légère dégradation au fil du temps. Les équipements mériteraient un rafraîchissement et l'offre de restauration nous a semblé moins qualitative et moins variée que lors de nos précédents séjours.
Autre point regrettable : le port obligatoire d'un bracelet pour accéder à la piscine. Cette pratique donne davantage l'impression d'être dans un club de vacances que dans un établissement 4 étoiles.
