Tanto el desayuno como el area donde se sirve pueden mejorar. Hcaia calor, las cortinas no se pidian correr oaea tapar el sol, algunas rotas y poca variedad en lo que se ofrece.

Hotel Borromeo was a good choice for location and it was a secure and friendly environment.
Pros:

Location was great, close to Termini and cultural sites. Lots of restaurants to choose from and supermarkets. Room was very small for a family of 3 adults. Hotel on a main road but was quiet as windows were double glazed. Beds were comfortable. Peaceful sleep. Shower room was adequate but small. Housekeeping was very good. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hour concierge at the hotel.

Cons:

Small room for a family of 3. Shower room was very small and not enough shelf space for toiletries etc.

The hotel was quite up to par with its standard and was acceptable in terms of price and quality compared to similar offers. The breakfast was quite varied, the pastries were fresh. The room was small and old a bit, but fit for a short stay.

It would be better to add more vegetables to the breakfast and unclog the drain in the sink

La atención de Gigi , el personal de recepción muy amables y educados, el desayuno genial. Muy limpio, cerca de todo . Excelente ubicación.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado, no funcionó muy bien, con este calor tan horrible no era de extrañar, pero la verdad sería perfecto que corrigieran eso .
