Haben mir -trotz meiner Einwände- die Übernachtungsgebühr der Stadt Oberursel berechnet. Ist immer so.. war die Begründung der Mitarbeiterin. Erst nach dem ich dem Hotel unsere BOOKING-Buchungsbestätigung, -aus der hervorgeht, dass diese Gebühren enthalten sind- zugesandt habe, wurde mir der Betrag zurück erstattet. WIE OFT HABEN SIE DIES SCHON PRAKTIZIERT?
