The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Convenient location near public transport and restaurants. Very near the cupboard passages, which are a fascinating attraction and wonderful shelter when the weather is stormy.

Cons:

A few modern improvements would help. Charging jacks for example. Umbrellas to lend to customers. With a with the hotel name on them for publicity purposes!

The hotel fulfill all our expectations. Location in the heart of Paris with easy acces to metro network. Our room was great, most spacious than many hotel rooms in Paris for similar hotels. Clean and prompt services. The staff were very efficient and supportive. Nearby you can find a various range of bistros and cafe. We will come back for sure and we recommend this property.

locatia excelenta, aproape de principalele atractii turistice, poti sa mergi pe jos fara sa folosesti metroul, la muzeul Orsay, Galeriile Lafayette , bulevardul Hausmann ,muzeul Gofrin, strada Montmatre, catedrala Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame muzeul Luvru, Opera Garnier,sunt aproape. si sa te plimbi relaxat in zona. multe restaurante braserii. Hotelul din lantul Best Western e cochet, nu prea mare are un design placut , personalul amabil . Camere curate dotate cu aparat de facut cafea si ceai, apa din parte hotelului iar in hol cafea gratuita. Recomand acest hotel

Great location near metro stations, covered passages and restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we needed to drop off our luggage and use the washroom before check-in. Room was spacious, bed was big and comfortable. Had an elevator, air conditioning and a great shower. Would stay here again.
