Amazing location, amazing staff disappointed in my room allocation, but was corrected
Pros:

I go to the property late and I was given a room in the loft, which is not what I booked. The duty manager was kind enough to move me the next day. I had a two day. Room, I paid for was a lot bigger, and they put me in a smaller loft room, which was unacceptable.

Cons:

Rooms on the top floor, don’t even have a window… only have a loft window

Abbiamo dovuto cambiare hotel poiché non corrispondeva alle foto, era sporco e non c'è stato support
Cons:

La strada in cui è ubicato l'hotel puzza di cucinato e le camere non corrispondevano alle foto di quella prenotata: erano minuscole e non proprio pulite; il portiere alla reception è stato superficiale e incompetente; abbiamo dovuto cambiare hotel rimettendoci l'importo della prima notte senza alcun supporto da parte del personale dell'hotel. Esperienza terribile!

We had a great time with my mom, we could explore a lot thanks to the easy reach, the staff also gave us recommendations

I loved the absolutely perfect location, the breakfast, the staff members were also all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There could have been a mini fridge in the room. In the summer heat it would have been a life saver. There was fresh cold water available in the lobby, though.

A convenient and very comfortable stay
Pros:

I had a very comfortable stay at Best Western. The Hotel was perfectly located to base my sightseeing from, with lots of metro station and cafe/ restaurant options in easy walking distance from the hotel. You can even wind your way through a series of historic arcade shopping malls right across the road from the hotel. Bonuses included an elevator to the rooms and air conditioning (i.e. cooling) - both which can be rare in older hotels in Paris! I had a lovely view from my window out down the street. My room was quite compact, but had everything I needed and perfectly fine for a single adult. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
