Food was so bad. Buffet there hours and fresh stuf placed over old food eggs etc. complained to reception and she refunded the next days breakfast but didn’t even ask what was wrong. Just not interested

Everything was excellent and I will be going back again when I visit my son again in Manchester. Room was great very clean throughout the hotel. Staff polite and helpful.
I would have given the hotel a full 10 score except for one thing, the TV was not fully working could only get a couple of channels as the signal was so bad, not good when the world Cup is on!!
Lovely staff, very clean hotel. We were upgraded free of charge without asking which was a bonus as we had missed our flight and only stayed there as we booked again for the next day. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The window cleaner appeared having swung down on a rope, he cleaned our windows even though we were sat up in bed. It was 9am to be fair and the net curtain helped a little - I hope!

Poor lighting in our room, no central ceiling light. Cosmetic lighting in Bathroom light gave off too much heat and not bright enough. My wife had to pull out and sit on the single bed in front of the window to let enough natural light in order to make up her face. Double bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep in. Too hard.
Lovely place, convenient location, helpful staff, great food in the bar downstairs.
Quiet room
Fire alarm continually going off for 4 hours in the night and the hotel not giving any sort of compensation. Travelling for work so sleep was absolutely necessary. No fire, just faulty alarms.
