Pros:

Perfect!
Pros:

Great location for what we needed. Staff were excellent! Very helpful and considerate- knew what we needed without having to be asked. Was with my elderly mother and given a ground floor room close to all the facilities. Room well equipped and spotless. Comfy beds and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent- good quality and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel, but pricy
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in the walking distance of main attractions and historic pubs. There are lots of places to eat and enjoy a drink within a 5-min walk in every direction.

Cons:

The pricing of the hotel was very unusual. Out of four nights we stayed, one night was priced twice as expensive as the others. I am pretty sure is was because we added the fourth night later as our plans changed, so we were taking advantage of, which did not feel very welcoming.

Worth a stay
Pros:

Pleasant enough stay
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and welcoming, room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately someone was smoking cannabis right under our window so we either had to have the window closed and the room be stifling or have it open and have a headache from the smell of weed
