The air con was great and the room clean and tidy. Perfect location for my daughter's graduation
The bed was a bit 'bouncy'. I'm not a fan of shower curtains. There was an interconnecting door to another room which wasn't sound proofed. I could hear the person staying in the room next to us on the phone (I could even hear the person they were talking to on the phone - they weren't on speaker)

Nothing about the property. There are two Leonardo hotels in Manchester. I accidentally went to the wrong one. I had asked for an early check in which they didn’t have availability for so they took my bags in and I waited outside the wrong hotel for 3 hours. I just wish they had checked my details agsinst the booking wheh I arrived as I could have found out my mistake then instead of waiting 3 hours. Ultimately it was my mistake not theres its just a way that it could have been better.

The reception lady was lovely
Tge fact some divkhead from head office thought it acceptable to message me on WhatsApp at 01:29 in the morning .the substance room for four star tge ripped up shredded carpet in room .tge extremely poor breakfast . Basic tea coffee
