The hotel bar was nice and reasonably priced.

Nothing the whole place is filthy
Room was insanely hot so they provide a desk fan! Toe nail clippings on the floor and everywhere stunk. It's absolutely rotten needs levelling

What's not to like
Beautiful view from the lounge with great access to tram facilities. Bedroom was large and spacious
Unfortunately its very basic and dated. Shower over the bath which did not work very well was not able to use had to use bath instead. Curtains were hanging off the rail which would be an easy fix however was too high for me to fix.
