Really disappointing. Won't stay again.
Pros:

The location is fantastic.

Cons:

We arrived during a very hot weekend in London. When we entered the room we found that the air conditioner was not working. We had been given no prior notice of this. If we had, we would have made alternate accommodation arrangements. The room was baking hot and stayed that way for the 2 nights we stayed there. We were provided with a portable fan and portable air conditioner. The air conditioner only worked for a couple of hours when it was topped up with ice. My husband and I barely slept the nights we stayed there due to the heat. We received no apology from staff. It was extremely disappointing given we had been loyal guests. There was also an awful smell emanating from the drain in the bathroom and black mould in the corners of the shower.

Pros:

lovely location with easy access to transport and amenities. Set in a pretty and quiet area and while we were there there was a big screen set up with deckchairs to watch Wimbledon, in the adjacent square. No through traffic as it is gated off.

위치 좋았고, 아침식사도 만족스럽습니다.

Cons:

짐이 있었는데, 돌아가지만 짐을 이동하기 쉬운 방향이 있었는데 가까운 계단을 안내 해 줘서 체크인 할때 기억이 아쉽네요.

Wel aardige mensen, leuke buurt, prima ontbijt

Cons:

Maar 1 keer per week schoonmaak en voor 6 dagen kregen we maar 1 handdoek per persoon, echt heel vreemd en niet fris! Verder waren de stoelen en kleedjes met vlekken en aan vervanging toe. Slechte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding gezien dit alles (we betaalden meer dan 300 pond per nacht). Beddengoed was aan vervanging toe.

Staying at Citadines was a lovely, relaxing experience in a great area.
Pros:

Location is amazing in the center of Islington and near all restaurants and stores. Very clean and modern rooms with no carpet which is a plus. Lovely coffee, cappuccino and latte available all day. Great lounge for working and excellent laundry facilities.

Cons:

When we first arrived the aircon did not work in our large apartment but Citadines remedied that by givings us two studios for the same price which turned out well for us.

Pros:

Hotel was in a perfect location for us. Great neighborhood with good public transport nearby. AC was working perfectly during the heatwave, room was massive, clean and had everything you need.

Cosy studio
Pros:

Location was good
Studio was small but cosy
Air conditioning was great because it was pretty hot during our stay
Amazing staff when we checked out, very helpful and very friendly, big difference between check in and check out!

Cons:

Staff during check in wasn’t very friendly
We had breakfast once, not worth the price and the lady was gossiping behind our backs.
Beds ok but the pillows were too hard.
We had a very noisy “neighbor”
