Pros:

This was a very cozy place! My friend and I would use the pool every other night and it was so warm and inviting. It’s close to a lot of good places!

Pros:

Gran variedad de alimentos en el desayuno, la fruta muy rica y el omelette hecho en el momento, también. El personal muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo. Muy cómodo tener taxis en la puerta. Habitaciones limpias y silenciosas.

El aire acondicionado era difícil de entender y programar.

Nice location. Great bell/door staff. German and the rest of the restaurant staff were super. All of our needs were exceeded.
Appreciated the bar and restaurant on the top floor. Great space.

First rate hotel
Pros:

First rate hotel. Excellent location. Had 2 rooms and was pleasantly surprised to get upgrades and early checkins Traveled with my 94 year old mom so this was definitely appreciated.
Loved the monogramed sheets and towels. Even the bath mats. Wash cloths were a nice touch as well.
Bellstaff went above and beyond helping us get my mom up and down the ramps on her wheelchair. Once when it was raining, 3 bellman carried her up in the wheelchair.
German and his restaurant staff couldn't have been more attentive. The food was all amazing. We ended up having several dinners and loved the extensive breakfast buffet.
Could find very few hotels with pools. We made a lot of use of your entire rooftop area. Thanks for having bar staff and the ability to order fupto. top.

Ya van un par de veces que me quedo aquí y simplemente adoro este lugar! Me encanta la atención del equipo, y es evidente que entre todos se apoyan para brindar un servicio excepcional, por favor, sigan así.
Las habitaciones son amplias, iluminadas, ventiladas y cómodas. El desayuno es buffet, variado y muy rico.

They were able to make sure I kept the same room for the further nights booked at this hotel but via a travel company.
