El personal en su mayoría es muy amable, están atentos a tus necesidades y te atienden con una sonrisa agradable.
El lugar está en una zona perfecta, a unas cuadras del metro y metrobus.
La limpieza es excelente.

Cons:

Las chicas de recepción son algo antipáticas y pareciera que te están haciendo un favor al momento de atenderte.

Cons:

El único punto malo es que el aire acondicionado no sirve, nos tocó en el piso 16 y cambiamos 2 veces de habitación y en ninguna servía el aire acondicionado en pleno abril-mayo, el cuarto por la noche estaba entre 26 y 28°, bastante caliente e incómodo, el personal muy servicial trato de remediarlo con ventiladores pero uno de ellos bastante ruidoso
