I won't be back
Pros:

Parking was easy and the hotel has good access to the main autoroutes out of Bergamo.
Breakfast was generally pretty good

Cons:

Staff were frankly ignorant.
No "good mornings" when you come down in the morning and no "good nights" when you leave for bed.
Bar is unstaffed and very poorly stocked and you had to ask reception to send someone to serve you, not once did they take the initiative that if you were in the bar (which they can see you enter and leave) perhaps they should get someone in to work the bar.

Rude policy and greedy hotel

-We booked one night and came a long way from Milan, with quite walking distance, arrived at 8:30 PM, we were very thirsty and asked them is drinking water available in the rooms? They said yes there are 4 bottles in the mini bar! We went to the room and there were only 2 bottles, each costing 2.5 euros! Eventually we were more thirsty and were very tired to go out and buy water, so we called the reception and asked if they had water, they said yes we have, we ordered 3 water bottles and each was 5 euros!! Upon checkout, they charged us 10 more euros as SERVICE FEE of bringing the water to our rooms!!! 25 euros for 3 water bottles!! For 2 persons checking in late and checking out early!! Never coming to this hotel because they dont understand HUMANITY!!

Fantastic, everything went as expected
Pros:

Clean, receptionist was kind, booked taxi, it was everything we expected from starhotels

Cons:

Nothing, probably the keys were old school but doesn’t matter that much.

Bel hôtel à l'ancienne à l'écart de la ville. chambres inégales.
Pros:

L'hotel est très beau, enfin si on aime le film The Shining, ce qui est mon cas. Le personnel est très serviable à l'accueil et au bar. Emplacement de parking gratuit.

Cons:

Ils nous ont donné une chambre sans clim en pleine canicule
On a du faire monter quelqu'un qui n'a rien pu faire.
Je crois que si on passe par Booking, on a les chambres qui n'ont pas encore été rénovées. Par exemple, à notre étage, toutes les portes s'ouvraient par code, sauf la nôtre et celle d'en face qui s'ouvraient à l'aide d'une clé.
On est loin de tout sans voiture.
