Value for money..... Recommended!
Pros:

Great Location and proximity to central station. Around 15 mins walk to Marienplatz. Lot of restaurants around. Very basic rooms and there is no AC. But they do give a fan.

Cons:

The location for some can be overwhelming due to nights clubs and bars around. It's absolutely safe and nothing to worry. Just use your common sense and it's all fine. I walked at 12am from Marienplatz to the hotel and faced zero issues.

For that price, everything was substandard, the worst was the location as the hotel is located right outside clubs, strip bars, etc. you felt very unsafe in these environments, high people right outside, etc.. on the hotel's website it says that there is parking but it is not even close to the hotel and the parking was much more expensive than what the hotel says it costs, you received no compensation..

Pros:

Rien du tout

Cons:

Il faisait TRÈS CHAUD !
Pas de climatisation dans l’hôtel entier, ni ventilateur.
Petit déjeuner horrible.
L’adresse d’hôtel situé dans une rue très bruyante et pas propre.
Ils ont donné une chambre sur 7eme étage,mais l’ascenseur monte jusqu’à 6eme étage

I dont recommend it at all
Pros:

Only the location is convenient and central

Cons:

The staff are very rude and careless also most of the time the reception has no staff
The hotel closes its door completely from 12am to 7pm
I wasnt allowed to have my breakfast in the hotel restaurant because i was carrying my personal handbag which i use for the mobile and wallet
The seventh floor is not accessible with the elevator you take the elevator to the 6th floor then you use the stairs
No ACs in the rooms

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und ok und ausreichend für 1 Person, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Gute Zentrale Lage , Sehenswürdigkeiten durch das gute ÖPNV Angebot schnell erreichbar

Cons:

Über das geringe Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet war ich etwas erstaunt, da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Da habe ich bei gleicher Sterne Kategorie in anderen Hotels ein schon grösseres Angebot gesehen
