Pros:

Die Lage und Design sowie das Rooftop waren super! Auch das Frühstück war grandios. Haben 2 Massagen auf Kulanz bekommen, die waren echt super

Cons:

Diese Bewertung ist mir echt nicht leicht gefallen- weil ich auch selten negative Bewertungen schreibe. Hier waren allerdings ein paar Dinge die negativ aufgefallen sind. Meine Freundin hat am ersten Tag Geld vermisst, auf Anmerken der Situation an den Manager wurde leider sehr unprofessionell damit umgegangen.
Im Zimmer hat mal die Mülltüte mal Klopapier gefehlt, das war einfach lästig.
Dann war mitten in der Nacht noch ein Vorfall bei einem Zimmer nebenan (wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür kann) aber am nächsten Tag wurde es nicht mals erwähnt. Auf Beschwerde haben wir kulanterweise 2 Massagen bekommen, was auch in Ordnung war.
Der Rooftop Pool war spontan gesperrt an einem Tag mit Ankündigung am Vortag um 19:00 was unseren Tagesablauf durcheinander gebracht hat.
Insgesamt würde ich leider hier nicht mehr übernachten.

Fijn hotel, omgeving is even wennen maar prima
Pros:

Het zwembad, ondanks echt heel klein was het wel heerlijk! Van 12.00-18.00 was het beschikbaar, maar om 17.30 werd je wel verzocht om te vertrekken ivm tafels neerzetten voor het diner. De Spa is fantastisch, echt heerlijk. Wij hadden kamer met balkon dit zou ik zeker aanraden. Helaas geen stoelen op het balkon, na vragen kregen we een extra krukje (beetje karig)

Toch wel wat overpriced !

Charming peaceful haven in center of Palermo
Pros:

Loved staying here. A charming haven in the heart of Palermo. The court yard and plunge pool were the perfect rest from the midday heat. We didn’t make it onto the rooftop bar but I looked lovely from the outside, and I wish we had had more time to checkout the spa facilities

Cons:

If you like a really cold room to sleep in, the aircon didn’t seem to get super cool but I was happy with that

Perfect.
Pros:

Our stay exceeded all expectations. A gorgeous oasis in busy Palermo.

Cons:

It didn't bother us at all, but the pool is actually a plunge pool. The photos online look like it's much bigger. It was wonderful to have a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing. The outdoor area did get quite busy though.

There was construction work on the roof to create infinity pool, all day drilling, should be mentioned when booking. First night there was the sound of running water in our room on third floor, couldn’t sleep they could not turn it off or give us other room, no sleeping because it was so loud, despite complaining no deduction of that night, 50 euros discount of one of the dinners… first night dinner was nice, second with some of dishes the same bad: tuna was not mashed, avocado was not ripe, risotto was mildly warm and obviously prepared long before serving…
