Perfect.
Pros:

Our stay exceeded all expectations. A gorgeous oasis in busy Palermo.

Cons:

It didn't bother us at all, but the pool is actually a plunge pool. The photos online look like it's much bigger. It was wonderful to have a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing. The outdoor area did get quite busy though.

There was construction work on the roof to create infinity pool, all day drilling, should be mentioned when booking. First night there was the sound of running water in our room on third floor, couldn’t sleep they could not turn it off or give us other room, no sleeping because it was so loud, despite complaining no deduction of that night, 50 euros discount of one of the dinners… first night dinner was nice, second with some of dishes the same bad: tuna was not mashed, avocado was not ripe, risotto was mildly warm and obviously prepared long before serving…

Leuke sfeer, maar zeker geen aanrader voor mensen op leeftijd, geen prettige buurt.
Pros:

Het hotel ziet er leuk uit, bijna alles is van de Zara-Home. Het ontbijt was perfect.

Cons:

De locatie viel tegen, geen prettige straat. De indeling van het hotel is slecht, veel trapjes met hoge traptreden ook om bij de lift te komen moet je altijd trapjes op en af. Smalle gangen, dit voelt niet veilig.

Schöne, zentrale Unterkunft in der Altstadt, alles zu Fuss erreichbar
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer
Ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar
Gutes Frühstück - schönes Ambiente

Cons:

Klimaanlage wird zentral bedient, keine Möglichkeit, diese individuell einzustellen
Es fehlte ein wirklich guter Cappuccino :-)

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet
Gute Lage am Rande des historischen Zentrums

Cons:

Zimmer zur Strasse (104) ist leider sehr laut. Zusätzlich Lärm von Lobby und Lift durch schlecht isolierte Zimmertür und sehr laute Musik aus Outdoor Lautsprechern auf Restaurantterrasse bis 24:00.
Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht ganz

Haven of tranquility to recharge for Palermo sightseeing
Pros:

Fantastic beds! If Palermo wasn’t waiting outside you might be tempted to maximise the time in them. The style is visible from the photos although in reality it’s even better. The Ortigia toiletries in the bathroom are a super nice touch. And the breakfast! Italy can sometimes have disappointing breakfast buffets. Here it’s a fantastic selection of local dishes both savoury and sweet. Small enough so you can try a few of them. And the freshly made eggs to order. Location is also hard to beat with Teatro Massimo and Capo Market each within under 5 mins leisurely walking.

Cons:

Nothing really, just a minor niggle but also shows how staff is looking after you. We had some issues with a room overheating. Staff were very attentive and tried but couldn’t solve it, in the end the simple tip from receptionist to turn it off the aircon was the solution.

Perfect for a few days in Palermo!
Pros:

Great location without being right in the busy areas. I liked the decor. Comfy beds and excellent staff service. I liked the coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Thought the proper made good use of the space it had.

Cons:

The nature of the building meant it wasn’t always practical in the rooms so wouldn’t be good for people with mobility issues as our room had some very narrow stairs. The shower in our room also wasn’t ideal as you couldn’t hang it anywhere to get underneath it so made it more difficult to wash for longer periods of time eg washing hair.

The staff were fabulous. Friendly and helpful. The location was very good.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, sewage type smell . It was very clean but the smell was unpleasant. There was no cochair to sit on in the room. You had to sit on the bed.

hotel che consiglio a coppie ma anche a famiglie che desiderano immergersi nella Palermo storica.
Pros:

struttura meravigliosamente ristrutturata in zona tranquilla, ma vicinissima alle vie del centro storico più frequentate. Tutti i monumenti (chiese, palazzi e teatri raggiungibili comodamente a piedi)
Colazione stupenda, con ampia scelta e tante prelibatezze siciliane. Personale molto disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste e a dare buoni consigli

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, el personal muy atento y el desayuno muy completo. Instalaciones muy cuidadas.

Cons:

La habitación un tanto ajustada de tamaño, y la ducha no tenía buena presión de agua. Por lo demás nada negativo importante para reseñar.
