Nice comfortable hotel in an excellent location for exploring Bruges by foot.
Pros:

We could not have asked for a better location. It was a ten minute walk along the canal to the centre of Bruges. The staff were very helpful in arranging private parking for my classical car.

Cons:

At the time of our visit it was exceptionally hot and there was no air conditioning in our room. I enjoyed the breakfast but my wife would have liked a more traditional English breakfast.

Gemütliches und freundliches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht.
Schöner Ausblick auf den Kanal.
Zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Leider war das Bett extrem weich, was als Bauchschläfer ziemlich unangenehm war.

Eine Bitte habe ich: Für meine Tochter, die sich vegetarisch ernährt, war es nicht so schön, dass beim Frühstück der Käse direkt neben der Wurst auf einer Platte lag und beides mit derselben Zange aufgenommen wurde. Es wäre bestimmt auch für andere Gäste schöner, wenn dies getrennt serviert würde.
