Historic building with mod cons - fantastic location
Pros:

Terrific location with very helpful and friendly staff. The old part of the hotel is very attractive, but we were glad we chose a room in the modern part as the aircon was very welcome on the hottest day of the year. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast isn’t cheap but was excellent.

Cons:

No BBC in our room and view of the carpark wasn’t very inspiring, but neither were a big issue.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel, great location and lovely, helpful staff. It’s my go-to hotel in Stratford.

Cons:

It is pricey depending on when you book, is the only thing to be aware of.

Good value, modern albeit in a Tudor property, excellently located and bonus parking!
Pros:

Location: easy to find, easy to park, central location so easy to get to the theatre, restaurants and shops! And all with the quirky Indigo interiors, service & scent.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was ok but could have been better for the price. Also where you could sit based on which menu you wanted ( pre-theatre, all day or al a carte) was ridiculously over complicated!

Good central hotel ,within easy walking distance of the RSC theatre.Good restaurant.
Pros:

It’s central location.A very calm garden courtyard where drinks and light meals are served.The Woodsman restaurant with its very varied and interesting food.The breakfast buffet is very good.

Cons:

The car parking charges.

الموقع والمنظر من الغرفه

Cons:

دفعت مبلغ 20 يورو للفطور الساخن لكن للاسف الاطباق الساخنه دون المستوى جداً بالمقارنه مع فندق شهير في نفس المنطقة يعتبر ارخص وشامل الافطار الساخن وكان ضعف الكمية وذا جودة عالية،

OK but considering staying in another hotel next time.
Pros:

Location is great. Staff are generally very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Would prefer a bigger room with more space. Please be consistent about bed sizes as I thought that I had booked a room with a large bed.
Room was cramped and noisier than expected. Bathroom was OK. Breakfast was OK but the kitchen can never give you exact what you request for breakfast. Ask for one egg and get two! Please improve the coffee too. I thought that I had booked a large bed but the room had a smaller one than expected. Parking is more of a hassle than has been in the past. It was also v expensive this time.

Wonderful break! We’ll be back next year!
Pros:

We love this property and have been here 3 times now :)

Cons:

My bed was so hard - we were in the old part of the building for the first time - I was glad it was only 2 nights or my hips wouldn’t have coped. Mum’s room in the newer part was ok and she’s the most important!
