Great location ideal for theatre visits.
Pros:

Great location Comfortable hotel but not exciting
Pros:

Location is excellent-within easy walking distance of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Room comfortable but considering the price I was surprised that it did not have more individuality and comfort - I have stayed in other hotels in this chain and they are much more vibrant. The breakfast was excellent-cooked to order

Cons:

The parking is £15 per day which is much more than other central Stratford hotels. The hotel just did not have the buzz and upbeat staff I expected= t was more like a middle market hotel. Reception staff were competent but not enthused. I just expected more , the price being more akin to London hotels

Decor is modern & welcoming.

Close to everything.

So beautiful, perfect location and the best hotel breakfast we have ever had!!

Was quite a small room for the amount paid however it was beautiful and really comfortable!

Great hotel, had a little cake in room to celebrate 70th birthday which was nice. Would stop again.
Pros:

The hotel was spotless, breakfast was excellent and location was great so near everything. parking was good also.

Would definitely highly recommend and would certainly stay again.
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, good range of facilities modern contemporary feel. Great location and excellent parking facilities. The woodsman restaurant was really nice food high end food .

Cons:

Curtains in the bedroom didn’t fully hold the sunlight out so very bright early in the morning. Bedroom door had slight rattle so when hallway door was used by other guests it caused our door to rattle but this is us being very picky.

I wished I had booked a longer stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable and well equipped, quiet too so I slept well.
The staff throughout the hotel were most welcoming.

Cons:

This is entirely my fault but did not realise how noisey being in a room at the front of the building would be. I would stay again but would request a room at the back. The evening meal was good but unfortunately my Eggs Benedict were poor in the morning. Would have the continental breakfast next time.
