Joli hôtel bien placé mais demander une chambre avec climatisation et côté calme

Très bien placé

Cons:

Chambre sous le toit sans climatisation donc très chaud et côté rue donc très bruyante le matin car les camions poubelles vidaient le verre

Comfortable and cosy !
Pros:

Location great, convenient for centre , but quiet and secluded.

Cons:

More tea bags in the room . Breakfast was ok , but we gave our order for the cooked breakfast , went to get our cereal and the. Poked breakfast appeared whilst we were still eating our cereal . The member of staff took them away , but the cooked breakfast was returned to us luke warm . The vegan breakfast was very uninspiring and small : 1 sausage , 1 hash brown , a few beans , 1 mushroom and half a tomato , with a dollop of wilted spinach ! Neither warm nor filling !

The reception staff were lovely.

Cons:

The house keeper "apparently" threw out some gifts i had left behind, instead of declaring them to the manager. They "assumed" because they were in tissue paper( wrapped by the shop i purchased them from) they were broken,and left to be disposed off...🤨 ( they didnt check??) Hmmmm....wasnt happy at all

Good location carries this establishment.
Pros:

Good location, above-average restaurant. Average to underwhelming waiter service. The poor manager has to serve and do his best to instill in the staff a sense of good service. They won't be able to develop a sense of urgency.

Cons:

Waiter service: there is no communication with guests during breakfast. The layout of the breakfast area and breakfast service was poor. You have to ask where the milk is, and then they bring it from the back of the kitchen. The menu is not explained; you have to ask.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. I am returning!
Pros:

A very well appointed hotel. I loved it. The staff a welcoming and friendly and go the extra mile to help.
The breakfast was varied with excellent hot dishes freshly made. Proper coffee in a real pot! No pesky machines!
The room was great and the beds and pillows very comfortable.
The barbecue on offer as it was Sunday night was generous and tasty.
Location perfect.
