Please note that guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. The details of this card must match the details of the reservation's holder. For advance payment, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of the guest and be presented upon check in.
For reservations of 6 nights or more, a deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay will be charged by the hotel at time of booking. In case of cancelation, this deposit will be refunded based on the cancelation policy stated in the booking confirmation.
Well-behaved and clean dogs are accepted within the establishment for a supplement of €40 per night and per animal. We inform you that they are not allowed in the spa and around the swimming pool. In the event of damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge €400 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay.
All rooms are nonsmoking: If we detect the smell of cigarets in the room, an additional charge of 400 euros will be applied.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your bank card prior to your stay. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay, within 1 to 14 working days, and 30 days maximum depending on your bank's conditions.
The pool and hot tub will be closed for maintenance between 17 November 2025 and 21 November 2025.

Serviciile, curatenia,modul de abordare cu clientii; de cand am ajuns ni s a dat o camera inferioara celei platite, iar in fiecare dimineata aveam aceiasi discutie referitoare la micul dejun, cum ca nu este achitat micul dejun! Curatenia la micul dejun si produsele lasau foarte mult de dorit, de o calitate indoielnica, musculite si invechite, lasate sa se oxideze, fara sa se fie schimbate!
Un hôtel très agréable, parfaitement situé à Cannes. Un grand merci au directeur du restaurant Marea, M. Girish Gambhir, qui a tout mis en place pour sublimer notre expérience au Canopy by Hilton.
Lokasyan mükemmel. Yataklar çok genis ve rahat oda çok sessiz ve konforlu. Kahvaltısı güzel. Fiyat kalite oranı çok iyi.

They clearly lock the air conditioning. First night it worked great and now we keep calling and calling for someone to check and nobody responds. The pool area is bizarre. Limited to 2 hours a day for kids and we wanted to take a quick photo during the “non kid” hours and they told us we had to leave all our belongings and take off our shoes?? The hotel is a bit run down for the price. I feel like they make up random rules at this hotel. I’ve stayed at the JW which is wayyy nicer with much better service.
