Important information:

Please note that guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. The details of this card must match the details of the reservation's holder. For advance payment, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of the guest and be presented upon check in.

For reservations of 6 nights or more, a deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay will be charged by the hotel at time of booking. In case of cancelation, this deposit will be refunded based on the cancelation policy stated in the booking confirmation.

Well-behaved and clean dogs are accepted within the establishment for a supplement of €40 per night and per animal. We inform you that they are not allowed in the spa and around the swimming pool. In the event of damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge €400 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay.

All rooms are nonsmoking: If we detect the smell of cigarets in the room, an additional charge of 400 euros will be applied.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your bank card prior to your stay. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay, within 1 to 14 working days, and 30 days maximum depending on your bank's conditions.

The pool and hot tub will be closed for maintenance between 17 November 2025 and 21 November 2025.

Le dimensioni della camera veramente inaccettabili. Ho prenotato una camera king con balcone e parziale vista mare al prezzo totale di € 467,00, che sul portale viene data per 25 mq. - La camera era in realtà di non più di 10 mq., il balcone minuscolo (tant'è che per sedersi sulle per altro enormi poltroncine occorreva fare contorsionismo); la parziale vista mare, per carità c'era, ma l'affaccio era prevalentemente su un giardinetto mal tenuto di accesso alle scale di servizio del piano terrazzo. In camera era presente un bollitore e una macchinetta del caffè con a fianco una bottiglia che avrebbe dovuto contenere l'acqua da utilizzare: peccato che fosse vuota! L'impianto di aria condizionata era spento e siamo stati costretti a dormire con la finestra aperta, tanto più che sul letto era presente un piumino decisamente invernale. Complessivamente la camera decisamente datata. Certamente il tutto non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.

Will not stay again due to the negatives I experienced which is a shame as the hotel had potential

I did not like that we have to pay extra to use the facilities like the spa and pool and given 90 minutes to use them is ridiculous - why should we feel rush whilst on holiday and we already paid. I did not like that I had to give my card details at check in even though my room was already paid for before arrival - I did not have my credit card and gave my debit card which the charge of 200 euros was debited immediately, money I could have done with whilst on holiday. Rooms are small. The roof top bar was hired out for private hire which meant I was unable to access during my whole duration of my stay - I booked this hotel for roof top but was not allowed to go on the roof top. Will not stay here again.

Pros:

Rooftop et salle de petit-déjeuner (restaurant) vraiment superbes. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, les lits sont confortables, les chambres bien insonorisées, le spa est super... L'hôtel est bien placé notamment si vous vous rendez sur les îles Lérins, l'embarcadère est juste en face ! Il y a une petite plage publique au pied de l'hôtel... Très bon séjour.

Fine hotel but not worth the price.

- The hotel looks modern and is busy in a nice way.
- You get water by check-in

Cons:

- The price just doesn’t make any sense.
- The staff was a bit abrupt.
- The toilet didn’t work well in the room.
- The swimming pool is with a fee for the most part of the day, and in the evening it’s a bit neglected. No staff, and lights turned on very late, long after dark.
- Basic room on the first floor you will hear outside noice.
- You can’t reach the top floor to see the view, only when the rooftop bar is opened or there is breakfast.
