Everything about the property was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The different extensions to the building meant that there were different levels on the walk to our room at the back of the hotel. But that was a small thing in relation to the overall pleasant experience.

Spacious room, good temperature, central location
I booked months in advance and this ended up costing me £80 more than if I had booked the same day. Stressful experience loading luggage into our car outside where lorry driver was reversing too close and didn’t think we should use the bay. The car parking is an additional charge and 5 mins walk away which is not practical with luggage. Breakfast not included even though we paid so much money for the room. Very disappointing
