It was close to many shops and bars. The bed was comfortable. The tv had many channels. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice. It’s an all you can eat buffet so it’s worth the money only €15.
The rooms are not soundproof as when we first went in we could hear loud music and the people in the room next to us. The window also didn’t work.

The location of this hotel was excellent - right in the midst of plenty of restaurants and bars while also providing a quiet, peaceful place to sleep each night. We were upgraded to a larger room, so we had plenty of space, and the staff continued to be helpful and friendly everyday. The beds and bedding were comfortable, and the room had good storage and places to plug in technology. It also seemed like the bathrooms had been updated, and we appreciated that you could take a bath or a shower.
The hallways are a bit of a labyrinth, so it can be a bit of a walk from the elevator to the room.
The building is old and needs better ventilation. However it was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet. Location was perfect!
Ventilation can be an issue on hot nights.

Great hotel, spotless clean and staff were very friendly location was excellent
Nearly 400 euro for one night with no breakfast included is extortionate especially when i booked 16 people for breakfast here the morning of my stay that were staying in other locations throughout the city. It genuinely would stop me staying here again which is a shame as I regularly visit galway.
