Great pool and good location, staff were friendly.
No lift to my room so I needed someone to take my luggage. No fan or a/c in the room, minimal ventilation and it was far too hot. No fridge in the room so no where to store cold drinks, and no safe.
Love the spa very relaxing
Breakfast was rotten was cold sausages raw inside the unit to get tea coffee wasn't working got it working as we were leaving
As part of a coach party we were treated excellently despite the hotel catering for several marriage and business events. The head waiter and a lovely slim waitress in particular made the party very welcome. The ground floor room was spacious with good walk in shower.
Handy location.
Very tired property and rooms with a strange smell in some areas. Cleanliness wasn’t great in public areas but bedroom was ok. Would benefit from serious investment to upgrade the building and internal fittings!
I would like to leave a review for an exceptional young holiday whilst I was on holiday with Angela Holidays 10th to 15th June.
Courtney Amanda Mia
She was ex exceptional in her job, nothing was too much trouble, very polite organised and new what she was doing, with a sense of humour.
I wish her well for the future.
the food was excellent
the staff were helpful n friendly
drinks very very expensive
spa was great except for no where to put locker key. ( not good )
drinks was VERY expensive that wud be the reason that wud put me off going again everthing else great
Excellent room clean and well presented
There seemed to be a school or sports club staying the night we stayed so there were lots of children running wild in both the car park and the hotel.
By no means the hotels fault just a bit of a shame
The list of negatives is too long to capture but we saw rats running across the courtyard; were placed in a bedroom for disabled persons so and inappropriate facilities for us; restaurant coffee machine not working; no hot running water or heat in the bedroom; toilet smells near reception which they tried to mask with perfumery smells and finally way to few staff. Check out day had a number of guests in front of us raising complaints too. However those that were there worked with a smile and made the stay bearable. Big thanks to Tina who always served breakfast with a smile.
Spa, gym and location were all good
Staff were rude. Had to change rooms as my first one smelt like paint and had scaffolding outside the window and was above the function room so could hear the music. Then got moved to another room which had the big fan extraction unit next to the window and got no sleep. Staff were rude only one woman was nice a blonde lady serving breakfast. £13.50 for breakfast is criminal especially as we purchased the eggs on toast and it was awful
Arrived after a harrowing night . Sat down in comfy chair pot of tea ordered free juice supplied. Afternoon tea pre ordered but staff member double checked went to recovery room to calm down prior to treatnent heaven. Finally treatment time i never want to go home Alisha was spa angel thank you so much 5 stars. next time will look for an offer to stay overnight thank you team
