Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was excellent, the staff were very friendly.
Pros:

I really liked the clean and comfortable room, the excellent location, and the delicious breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located in the passage shopping center, close to the beautiful beach, and public transportation.

Cons:

I wasn't satisfied with the bathroom, because the toilet wasn't cleaned every day & there was no handheld bidet spray for washing after using the toilet.
Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the view, especially as I had booked a two-weeks stay.
I was also disappointed that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room.

3 nuits dans le cadre d'une conférence scientifique à La Haye
Pros:

Localisation au centre de La Haye, à qq 100 m du congrès auquel je participais et du Mauristhuis (en l'occurence fermé pour travaux, mais pour un mois seulement)

the hotel's location is superb. the Staff was very friendly

Cons:

What didn't meet my expectations was breakfast. I stayed for more than one week and for that period the breakfast variations remained the same. It also took the staff some time to have eggs ready and cupcakes out. Once finished, bread was not loaded again.

Also cleaning of the room didn't always meet my expectations.

Herrliche Lage in Ladenpassage.

Cons:

Keine Klobürste im WC. Trotz Reklamation nicht gebracht. Enges Klo ohne Waschbecken. Extrem teuere Garage, die über einen engen Lift zu erreichen ist.
