Wc bouché, et manque lit bébé au départ, j’ai du redemandé 2 fois pour que le nécessaire soit fait, nous étions dans une chambre à côté du passage, nous entendions tout du coup, c’est dommage trop bruyant.

Lokalizacja super, ale ciasno.
Pros:

Centralna lokalizacja, dobre śniadanie, miły wieczór w barze z muzyką live (piątek). Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Na początek- problem z parkingiem, który był pełny. Najbliższy wolny publiczny parking oddalony 800m od hotelu.
Nie polecam pokoju rodzinnego (dla 4 osób). Jest bardzo mały. Po rozłożeniu kanapy pokój zamienia się w pomieszczenie dla harcerzy. Trudno otworzyć jedną walizkę. Mała łazienka i toaleta osobno bez umywalki, śmietnika.
Pokój miał być gotowy o 15:00, realnie o 21:00 została przygotowana kanapa dla dzieci i doniesiono ręczniki.

Perfect location and friendly staff, but poor room comfort
Pros:

The hotel’s location is perfect and the lobby is absolutely lovely. We also want to mention the staff, who were very nice and provided excellent service.

Cons:

However, the room itself was a letdown.
It was very cramped and clearly hasn't been renovated or expanded in a long time
The third bed was terrible, extremely uncomfortable to the point of causing back and neck pain all day long
​Another major issue was the smoke. Someone in a nearby room was smoking, and the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes. Even though we complained twice, nothing changed. It was very inconsiderate. It's a shame that the rooms don't match the high standard of the location and the service.

Bon hôtel vraiment. Personnel très sympathiques. Propre. Emplacement top.
Bonne expérience et La Haye est une très jolie comme ville.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner et parking cher, mais au Pays bas c'est quasi partout pareil.
