Staff from reception, waiting on, bar, maintenance, bedroom/cleaners are all superb. Never have I visited a hotel where all staff have been so attentive. Whilst our room was not ready on arrival due to a problem with the air conditioning, maintenance was on it. It was rectified very quickly, no fuss. There was a large conference going on, that took up a large portion of outdoor space, no problem, we were secured with a suitable area in a shaded area for us girls, to enjoy. Spa facilities excellent. Food excellent. Rooms are comfortable. We will definitely return. Well done and thank you for a very enjoyable visit

A low review because the 3 key elements you need from a hotel is (1) dark room (2) comfy bed (3) quiet room. Neither of these key elements were met by the hotel. The room wasn’t dark because there isn’t blackout curtains or blinds that stop light bleeding around the edge…. the bed was quite old and there wasn’t a mattress sealed encapsulation; only sheets used which isn’t great if there are bedbugs or spillages. The room wasn’t quiet because the air-conditioner is very old and made banging noises during the night.

Bar staff were slow and didn’t specify if it was table service or you went to the bar for evening food. Room was slightly dim and old fashioned. Clean but not what I expected for £273 for 2 nights.
We had our wedding ceremony in the grange suite the day was perfect from start to finish. Charlotte and her team went above and beyond for us and to make our day perfect.
We had an absolutely flawless stay and loved every moment of it. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with every little detail considered—from a toy giraffe for the children to a lovely welcome plate on arrival.
Breakfast was generous and featured plenty of locally sourced produce, while dinner in the evening was equally impressive, with an extensive menu that was both delicious and beautifully presented.
A special thank you to Rama and his team for their exceptional hospitality during what was clearly a very busy weekend. They made us feel like true VIPs throughout our stay.

Sound proofing - could hear between walls and door - could hear staff and other guests all night in hallway - breakfast was dire - ran out of everything!
Carol was absolutely amazing, she saw us through the whole day, sorted us with a delicious lunch. Everyone needs a Carol! 💕
