Our twin room was really big. The thermal pool was amazing. It was so great having the pool and spa included in our room price.
The beds were so comfy. The breakfast was lovely and jad a great variety. Staff were so helpful. The spa was amazing.

Old, tired, bathroom not clean. ( yellow grouting around bathroom), bed v uncomfortable, air conditioning worked but not strong enough or in wrong place to cool room properly

Builders drilling at 7.15 in the morning I did not want to be woken by drilling at that time

The room was a great size & bed/pillows were comfortable, but bed was small for us & with the size of the room - a bigger bed would have really been appreciated.
The staff at reception were so friendly & helpfull & the spa facilities were a lovely added bonus to just a hotel stay...

Unable to use plug in the bathroom sink ,staff released it when I told them, but it wasn't actually repaired.
