Prime location right next to the train station with a taxi stand to help get around the city and connect to other cities.
Room was large and comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Location is also quiet even though it directlu faces the train station.
Nothing major. But the shower didn't drain as well, which I've had at previous locations with Mercure for some reason. Otherwise great brand that I enjoy staying at in Europe.
Hotelul este perfect amplsat-in imediata apropiere a garii centrale, deci chiar in centrul istoric. Hotelul are un personal excelent, bar, gradina - superbe.
Camera, desi foaarte scumpa, a fost mare, f curata , patul excelent si o terasa care dadea spre gradina interioara astfel ca am avut parte de liniste noaptea
The location so close to the central station made arrival very easy.
The room was spacious (I had a deluxe double on the 7th floor) and the glimpse of San Luca in the distance was lovely in the evening.
Breakfast wasn't the best of the many Mercure hotels I've stayed at, but it was adequate and plenty of seating options.
The minibar and water was restocked each day- unexpected but really appreciated.
I was travelling alone with a small child, so proximity to the station was more important than being in the centre of town.
That said, even for a 5yr old, the walk back and forth into the centre wasn't a problem, even in high temperatures.
I'd be more than happy to stay here again on a return visit.
The air con was very much needed, but quite noisy through the night.
It also sounded like there was constant water running above my room. Again, quite noticeable when settling to sleep.
It’s a good standard mercure hotel
The location, it’s close to the train station, what can ve good in some aspects, but the neighborhood is quite dangerous.
It was right across from the train station. The staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.
The carpets in the hallways could do with a refresh.

The bar staff and the gardens were very good.
The bedroom was ok but the bathroom was terrible. The door could only open half way because the bidet was in the way. There is only a tiny spot to put toiletries and the soap dispenser is over that spot so it drips on your items. The shower is so small and open that it sprays all over the bathroom and gets everything wet. The shower is dirty with black mold. Would suggest flipping the door to swing out instead of in and putting a shelf on the wall over the toilet and bidet similar to what other hotels do. The pillows provided completely flatten out and the air conditioner barely cooled the room. The buffet breakfast hot food was cold and the coffee machine made coffee that was bitter and sweet even for a simple coffee. Room 115
Location was great. All staff were super helpful. Room had everything we needed.
Attentive staff. Lovely garden for drinks Great location across street from train station. Room was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again if ever visit Bologna again.
Pillows were too soft to my liking. Blocks behind hotel felt a bit sketchy at night.
Położenie, dobrze skomunikowany z licznymi atrakcjami zarówno w Bolonii jak i innych miastach
Fatalna obsługa na recepcji. Jednego dnia uzyskałam informację, że mogę zarezerwować taksówkę przez recepcję - tylko przynajmniej 20 minut przed pożądaną godziną. Tak też zrobiłam w dniu wylotu. Czekałam 40 minut, w czasie których pani na recepcji robiła dziwne miny, wzruszyła ramionami widząc moje coraz wieksze zdenerwowanie. Taksówka nie przyjechała. Gdyby nie zaświadczenie o przebytej operacji płuca i uprzejmości obsługi Marconi Express na lotnisko przybyłam godzinę przed odlotem.Masakra. Gratuluję empatii personelu 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu w centrum europejskiego miasta
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Great location, clean and spacious room, good breakfast, helpful and professional staff have made our stay very pleasant. The hotel has a garden which is an absolute bonus, despite being located close to the train station it is so quiet, you can only hear the birds singing, a perfect place to finish your day while sipping your drink. Absolutely loved it!
