הצוות היה מאוד מאוד נחמד, ביקשנו לצאת קצת מאוחר יותר בשבת ואיפשרו זאת ללא בעיה. החדרים נוחים, המלון מאוד נקי. מבחר גדול בארוחת הבוקר.

היו יותר מדי התאמות לאוכלוסיה הדתית/חרדית שפחות התאימו לנו - לא היתה מכונת קפה בשבת, ומתוך 3 מעליות, 2 מהן היו מעליות שבת. בבריכה היו כמה מרצפות רופפות + מרצפת שבורה שבגללה לא ניתן היה להזיז אלינו את השמשייה.

כל בקשה לשירות חדרים לוקח חצי שעה לפחות אחרי 4 שיחות חוזרות לפחות, המלון היה מפוצץ בילדים, צריך לבקש כמה פעמים שישלחו מגבות, סבון להתקלח אין, אין מקום לשבת בבריכה, אנשים תופסים מיטות והולכים

מיקום מעולה! חנינו ליד המלון וטיילנו ברגל, בחדר אוכל היה שפע של מטעמים, לא הכל היה טעים אבל היה נחמד שיש הרבה ממה לבחור. קיבלנו שדרוג בחדר עם נוף לעיר העתיקה בלי שבקשנו בכלל! וגם קיבלו אותנו לפני הזמן שזה בכלל מוערך

היו עבודות לילה לסלילת רכבת קלה בסמוך למלון. כל הלילה היה רעש המלון לא טרח לספר ולמרות שהיו חדרים נוספים וידעו על כך מראש נתנו לנו חדר שפונה לעבודות וכל הלילה היה רעש , במקום לתת לנו חדר שקט.
לא ישנו בלילה מהרעש.
מלון מגעיל הרסו לנו את החופשה.

בית מלון מקסים עם שירות אדיב, כולם מחייכים ומציעים עזרה. ניקיון ללא רבב, חדר מפנק ומרווח וארוחת הבוקר שהפתיעה עם מגוון אדיר ומענה לכל.

Upon arrival, the front desk agent handling our check-in was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience.
The hygiene in our room was also not what we expected - the bed sheets were dirty, and we found a cockroach in the shower.
