Pros:

Hotel is very quaint and comfortable. Good food. Very clean rooms. Open fire in our room and tea making facility made it nice. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Accessible only by steep hills. No hair dryer.

Place was GOLDEN despite some small problems
Pros:

This place was dope; I had my own little house with windows overlooking the Copacabana bay. There was a wood stove; I think this was my favorite part as it was the warmest I was my entire time in Bolivia. I am from Florida so, 30 degrees is pretty cold for me. It was nice to control my own heat. Only complaint is that there was not enough firewood; the last few days I had to be on the chillier side again. I enjoyed making my own fire, I grew up near Canada and that was our only form of heat in the very cold winters.

There was this crazy thick blanket and a little kitchen and fridge. They had coffee and tea for you to use.

There was alternative heat but it wasn’t particularly useful, seems to be the norm in Bolivia. I’m American, so yeah, it’s just different as most homes and hotels have central air and heating. The heater in the bathroom didn’t work and until they fixed it, they gave me a space heater which was fine.

Could stay for several weeks and
Not get sick of it as long as I had firewood. Great staff; easy location.

WiFi worked very well on my laptop but not well on my phone; it was irritating as I had stuff to take care of, life goes on even when you are away.

The having to sign up for breakfast was annoying; no one wants to schedule breakfast on vacation. Also, I’m not sure if breakfast was worth it, I went, but it was hard cold bread. I’m allergic to eggs so they gave me some ham and cucumber but nothing hot. For such a great place, the breakfast was a fail. I ate at the restaurant twice, gave me heartburn both times, have not had heartburn once on this trip. Didn’t eat there again.

If you don’t like stairs it’s not the place for you, if you need a tv, it’s also not a place for you.

I felt like I got attitude from the younger female desk staff, but that could be just perception, females are oftentimes “funny” to me no matter what country I am in.

Pros:

The hotel itself is super cute and the staff is really friendly, accommodating and helpful. By luck, I was upgraded to a bigger room with a better view and it was excellent. The shower was hot and breakfast was included. Sometimes that's all I need to be happy. :)

Cons:

I loved the option to make a little fire and burn some wood in the freestanding wood stove. Alas, due to either the atmospheric conditions or my lack of expertise, some smoke came into the room and I wrestled with that for a moment, trying to get the smoke out. So, just watch out for that.

Unique, cozy lodging for singles or families. The on-site Restaurant is very convenient.
Pros:

The location was really nice overlooking the bay with views over the town as well. There are individually designed units spread out among the property, each one unique and organically crafted. For anyone that appreciates unique design features you will love this lodging.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for any and all requests.
The restaurant served a good combination of vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes as well for adult adults and children. It overlooks the bay..

Pros:

Do hotel se pode ir caminhando a todos os pontos turísticos da cidade incluindo o local onde chegam os ônibus, então não é necessário pegar táxi. Fica localizado num ponto estratégico ligeiramente fora da área de comércio e tráfego, o que garante uma noite super tranquila de sono. O ambiente é acolhedor e aconchegante, e o restaurante é sensacional. Recomendo fortemente este hotel. O atendimento de toda equipe é excelente, muito obrigado especialmente ao José, Gabriel e Regina.

Prachtige hotel om te verblijven als je in Copacabana bent
Pros:

Prachtige hotel in Copacabana het is heel mooi gebouwd aan de rustige kant van het meer Titicaca met een prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de stad. Super lief en behulpzaam personeel de kamers met warm water en koffie en thee faciliteiten. Alles top!

Pros:

A estrutura do hotel é bonita. Mas precisa de melhorias. Tem restaurante no local(mas os preços são caros). Fica próximo ao lago Titicaca, e da rua que sobe para o Cerro Calvário.

Cons:

As roupas de cama são com um tecido áspero. Parecia que não tinham sido lavadas, nem trocadas anteriormente. As tomadas todas frouxas. O banheiro do meu quarto exalava um fedor; mesmo com a porta fechada dava pra sentir. Os aquecedores de parede não funcionam de jeito nenhum. E o wi-fi também não funcionava nos quartos, só na recepção.

Me encanto la vista, los amenities de bebida que tenia la habitación y la comida de su restaurante estaba riquísima.

La comunicación de la habitación con la recepción es buena pero podría ser mas rápida.
