Cons:

Die Treppen ( für nicht Liftfahrer) extrem schmal. Fernsehprogramme für deutsche Gäste Katastrophe. Nachts um 3.00 Uhr klopfende Geräusche von der Heizung.

Das Hotel war mega schön eingerichtet, dagegen war das Zimmer " normal".
Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Bett war sehr weich, muss man mögen.

Alles in ganzem super Lage, tolles Frühstück mit frischem Obst und Gemüse.

Lekker uitwaaien in eigen land
Pros:

De junior suite zijn op de mooiste plek van het hotel gesitueerd. Alleen de wind waait hard erom heen.

Cons:

Geen spiegel in de badkamer en vrij ouderwets ingericht maar goed verder wel voorzien van alle gemakken dus daar kijk je gauw doorheen.

Locatie wat erg goed. Zaten op de bovenste verdieping met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Ontbijt was erg goed. Veel keuze en mooie producten. Badkamer was volgens mij opgeknapt en prima in orde.

Hotel Two Brothers in Noordwijk – keine vier Sterne wert
Pros:

Sauberkeit:
Badezimmer, Toilettenbürste, Wasserkocher und Zimmer waren stark verschmutzt. Überall fanden sich Spinnweben.

Sicherheit:
Glasscherben im Duschbereich, lose und verdreckte Steckdosen sowie ein Föhn mit offenem Anschluss stellen erhebliche Risiken dar.

Zimmerzustand:
Die Ausstattung wirkte veraltet und ungepflegt. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht vollständig schließen.

Lärmbelastung:
Eine technische Anlage im Innenhof verursachte starken Lärm und verhinderte erholsame Ruhe.

Insgesamt ist der Zustand für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Wir können das Hotel daher nicht empfehlen.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt in Noordwijk war leider äußerst enttäuschend und entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel. Bereits bei der Anreise kam es zu Problemen, da die Gästedaten fehlerhaft erfasst worden waren. Obwohl die Zusatzkosten für unsere Kinder bereits im Voraus bezahlt worden waren, wurden wir erneut zur Zahlung aufgefordert. Die Klärung dieser Angelegenheit gestaltete sich äußerst mühsam, und das Personal zeigte sich dabei unfreundlich, wenig entgegenkommend und nicht besonders hilfsbereit.

Auch der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Das Gebäude wirkte deutlich veraltet und an vielen Stellen ungepflegt. Zudem waren unangenehme Gerüche wahrnehmbar, die den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigten. Von einer angenehmen und einladenden Atmosphäre, wie man sie in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde, war leider wenig zu spüren.

Besonders störend war außerdem die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern, Schritte auf dem Flur und sogar bellende Hunde waren deutlich zu hören. An erholsamen Schlaf oder Ruhe war daher kaum zu denken. Gerade in einem Hotel, das sich an Urlauber und Familien richtet, sollte eine ausreichende Schalldämmung selbstverständlich sein.

Insgesamt waren Service, Sauberkeit, Zustand und Ruhe für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel völlig unzureichend. Unser Aufenthalt war daher sehr enttäuschend, und wir würden dieses Hotel keinesfalls erneut buchen. Eine Empfehlung können wir leider nicht aussprechen

Die zentrale Lage war top. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag hergerichtet.Frühstück war sehr gut.
