Najpierw moje kuzynki dostały pokój bez prądu. Po 40 min zamieniono im pokój na brudny, wylezane łóżko, włosy w łazience. Dziewczyna stwierdziła że posprzątała. Była 23. Powiedziała że może jeszcze raz posprzątać. Na pytanie ile to potrwa powiedziała że może zwrócić pieniądze i mogą iść do innego hotelu. Były z małym dzieckiem. Dziewczyna pracuje w hotelu i nie umie sprzątać? Brak menadżera o tej porze. Ten hotel ma 4 gwiazdki?

Aangekomen bij het hotel kregen wij een invalide kamer toegewezen met het excuus dat er geen kamers meer beschikbaar waren en voorang werd gegeven aan zij met kinderen als het om een kamer ging met slaapbank. Prima, aangekomen in de kamer lag er een natte vieze handdoek in de wasbak en lag er overal zichtbare stof. De volgende middag aangegeven of er schoongemaakt kon worden terwijl wij de hele dag waren. Terug in het hotel in de avond was er niets gedaan. Na een lange dag moeten wachten in de lobby terwijl de kamer werd schoongemaakt. Fouten maken is menselijk en daar is begrip voor maar dit was pure slordigheid zonder enige moeite om ons tegemoet te komen.

Personeel is erg vriendelijk maar heeft geen verstand van zaken

De gym en het ontbijt, maar was wel aan de dure kant

De pasjes/sleitels werkten nie, daardoor konden we niet meer zwemmen want dat heeft veel tijd gekost. Toen we aan kwamen was er iets mis met het systeem dus moesten we lang wachten voordat we de kamer in mochten, na een lange reis

Prima voor een nacht, maar vond de kamer gedateerd.
Pros:

Vriedelijk personeel bij inchecken en uitchecken. En ook in het restaurant waren ze erg vriendelijk. Het eten was prima. En s'avonds aan de bar was het gezellig.

Cons:

Ik werd in een kamer gezet aan het einde van de gang. Wifi bereik was erg slecht en de kamer zag er geleefd uit. Erg jammer, want verder was het een prima verblijf.
