Such a wonderful gem of a restaurant and hotel. We really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. The waitstaff, especially GiGi, were fantastic. The housekeepers were even so sweet! We booked the hotel close to a music festival to avoid traffic and parking. Ended up finding a new place to always stay when in this area. Amazing!

Had breakfast at Proper Grit and everything was fantastic. The food was delicious and fresh, and our server Gorker was absolutely amazing – attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great location! Dog friend. Centralized to everything in West Palm Beach. The hotel itself is STUNNING! Large rooms with beautiful artistic decor. Picturesque views and a stunning pool as well. And the food… had a delicious breakfast at Proper Grit with my puppy. Shout out to the amazing staff Gigi, Beijee and Mary J for making us feel like family. The attention to detail was impeccable. Overall, excellent hotel that I would recommend.

Wonderful service! Ruth the hostess gave us a beautiful table and greeted us each day with a smile. Giving our server was amazing and she anticipated our needs. Overall, the food was excellent.

Gigi was our fabulous server both meals and Ruth was our host both times as well. Service was impeccable, and they even went above and beyond to allow us to work on some business documents at our table. We never felt rushed to leave or hurry along. Not only were they great servers and hostesses they were such kind people who made us feel so welcomed. Thank you, Gigi and thank you, Ruth!

We have been to the Ben multiple times this year for work and have had a seamless experience each time! Ruth has always welcomed us at True Grit and Juan has served us in such a hospitable way.

The restaurant location and its atmosphere is well planned. The service is attentive and exceptionally friendly. Ruth and Gigi are genuinely attentive, friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good- try the croissant sandwich!

The Ben never disappoints! Beautiful location in downtown WPB with an amazing, attentive staff. Proper Grit had the perfect breakfast every morning after my workout - Ruth (hostess) and Juan (server) took care of me daily! If I come to WPB, I’m staying at The Ben. Every time.
