The hotel has such a fun, beautiful atmosphere, and the ambience really makes the entire experience feel special. The service was fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for a girls’ getaway, and we had so much fun. We would absolutely stay again!

What a wonderful place, from the doorman Chris. Chris greeted us with his ama,ing smile and personality, serving us a welcome Paloma. The room is beautiful and very comfortable. We woke up to their amazing Elite breakfast, the host Ruth was so welcoming and helpful. Our server Juan was very efficient and attentive. For any special occasion or just a quick getaway The Ben Autograph can't be beat

The Ben is a genuinely magical boutique hotel just steps from the heart of Palm Beach, and after one night here on a business trip, I’ve already decided it’s my favorite staycation spot.

The ornate decor and thoughtful personal touches feel refreshing in a world of look-alike hotels, but the real reason to book is the staff. Ruth hosts breakfast, and she is a delight. I looked forward to her energy and her smile every single morning. Gigi and Juan took wonderful care of us at the table, and Ronald and Mike were just as warm and attentive. Sofia at the coffee bar is a gem. Gerald behind the bar knows exactly what he’s doing and makes you feel welcome while he does it. Julian at the front desk is the absolute best, the kind of person who makes check-in feel like being welcomed home. And Derrick in valet is effortlessly cool and made every arrival and departure easy.

I came for work and left already planning my next stay for no reason at all. If you’re looking for a property where the service is as beautiful as the building, this is it. Thank you to the entire team at The Ben.

Went to Proper Grit for my birthday and it was a magical experience. First, Danielle, our server, was a delight from the moment we sat down. Impeccable timing, great recommendations, just perfect service from start to finish. Then the food was amazing starting with lobster corn dogs (!), lemon linguine, beautifully cooked filet, asparagus and not to be missed shaved truffle grits. Lovely evening, beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here several times. Great service throughout the hotel but in particular in the restaurants- Gigi is a wonderful server and Mary Jane and Beatrice are two hostesses that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Bonvoy elite menu for breakfast is not like other hotels, it’s substantial with tons of hearty options.
The beds are very comfortable, love the toiletries and great shower pressure. I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel stands out to me as consistently getting it right!

Our breakfast server Juan, at the Ben Hotel in West Palm, was outstanding… breakfast was also outstanding.

Excellent service; to start, Beatriz and Mari Jane welcome you warmly at the reception. I highly recommend the service provided by Daniel—he was so kind to my little daughters! We were delighted!

We stayed in WPB July 15, 16 and 17th.
We were there because my husband was having surgery at a nearby hospital and we wanted to be close by. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The front desk staff was always helpful. The valet suggested a wheelchair and went to get it and was wheeled up to the room. The floor manager was so helpful and got us everything needed for my husband. The head of security came to us as well and brought us anything needed and then some! The staff at the restaurant were so kind and courteous. It's been a few weeks and forgot names of the hotel staff but I wrote down the names of the restaurant and coffee staff who were so nice such as Sofia, Daniel, MaryJ
and Gigi. I've stayed in many hotels throughout my lifetime and have always had positive experiences but The Ben in WPB was exceptional. Thank you to all who made our stay more comfortable and taking into consideration our circumstances.

Lovely restaurant- we have been coming for years. Food is consistently delicious and staff is friendly. Great place for a date or ladies brunch. Blueberry pancakes are a must.

Beverly brought some items to the room for me. Although the front desk got my request wrong, Beverly immediately handled and corrected the situation. She is very pleasant and was very helpful to me. She's a keeper!
