Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt am Nachmittag waren wir am Pool das sehr schön gelegen ist und wo man echt gut entspannen kann. Am Abend kann man entspannt in der Nähe zum Restaurant gehen
Heerlijk verblijf, vriendelijke gastvrouw. Fijn huisje, met alle voorzieningen die je maar wil. De trap naar de loft was spannend voor onze twee jarige. Het zwembad was heel schoon en heerlijk als afkoeling.
Alles! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse. We kregen een upgrade van kamer naar appartement. Heel mooi ruim appartement net nieuw. Heerlijke airco, prima bed en leuk terrasje voor het appartement. Fijn dat er een zwembad is met ligbedden. Auto kan veilig worden geparkeerd. Heerlijk gegeten bij restaurant Gennaro. Reservering door eigenaresse voor ons gemaakt. 's Ochtends uitgebreid ontbijt 12 euro pp met cappuccino, croissant, yoghurt, verse fruitsalade en sap. Werd afgeleverd bij appartement.

It’s well equipped, missing a couple of hooks in the bathroom, but really to highlight something because everything works very well.

The setting is good and for access to Firenze (Florence) and surrounding areas it is ideally situated. The site looks good and there is an open-air swimming pool. The room is large, also good sized shower-room. There is a large balcony with lovely views.
For us, it was a one night stopover on our journey home hence we didn't have the opportunity to investigate the area. There is an excellent restaurant at the bottom of the hill - highly recommended.
The room looks tired and is in need of modernisation/repair ...e.g. power socket in kitchen area was loose; attempts to use provided kettle merely blew the trip-switch; a safe requires 4 batteries ... only one was there. We were asked to pay on arrival but our usual CCd was refused 3 times; cash was not accepted so we used our alternative CCd but this has a much poorer FX rate so the room cost us more than necessary. But worse: the Booking.com receipt clearly shows that City Tax was included in the contracted rate ... however we were charged this in addition so paid twice. By the time we realised this, the manager (Angela?) had left and was not on site the following morning when we departed (hence the requirement for us to pay on arrival). There was no breakfast option offered.
The access road is largely unmade - I was glad our car has an off-road setting!
Edit-in response to Angela's reply: I did not select "6" (the Booking.com, webpage did this for me but I have now over-written it to upgrade to a "7"). As there was no staff on-site on the morning of departure, the issue of the overcharge could not be raised. As for our usual CCd being declined, we used it many times during our 19 day trip and this was the only occasion it was declined.

Et super dejligt sted, i fred og ro. Meget venlig vært og rigtig god service. Skøn lille pool med fantastisk udsigt. I bestilte morgenmad, som blev leveret direkte til boligen.
Location stupenda, staff assolutamente cortese e simpatico! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Struttura molto bella e comoda immersa nel verde, ma non isolata. Bella la piscina, tutto lo staff molto gentile
La breve strada prima di arrivare non è asfaltata
Struttura molto bella immersa nel verde e comoda per raggiungere diversi punti di interesse. Note di merito per Angela e la figlia che ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in con un po’ di anticipo rispetto all’orario prenotato e che ci hanno dato una sistemazione migliore senza alcun sovrapprezzo. L’appartamento é curato nei minimi dettagli, la piscina é bellissima e permette di rigenerarsi nel silenzio e nella tranquillità godendo di un’ottima vista sul verde. Avrei fatto volentieri una notte in più!
