ありがたいホテルです。
Pros:

朝食を遅く頂いたのですが焦らされることが無くてありがたかったです。
とても暑い日でしたが予定より早く着いてしまいどうしようとおもっていましたがお部屋に早く案内して下さりありがたかったです。

A clean hotel in a good location, but not 4 star standard
Pros:

Good location with access to main shopping and food streets in Osaka.

Cons:

Felt like this hotel isn’t a 4 star rating. Very old and dated bedrooms and bathrooms, a musty smell in hallways and when we arrived our bedding was quite damp from the lack of AC. We were asked to leave used towels outside bedroom door for collection, and these were still there 12 hours later along with a bag of rubbish from outside another room. Towels that hotel provided were also quite poor quality and uncomfortable. I felt like we had been deceived by the 4 star rating and the many positive reviews online - then we saw at the property that guests were given a free drink or late checkout for reviewing the hotel.
