PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

Everything is perfect! We love all the people here, with small kid we need all kinds of small little things in the room and the staff went out of their way to help us with excellent services and always smiling. Location is the best for families with kids. Indoor walking to a mall with games and many eating options. Room is very comfortable and is very clean. The atmosphere is quiet all the time, we enjoy chilling at the portman’s bar everyday. Really good food and drinks. Breakfast is always crowded but very enjoyable.

I stayed on 20 and 21 July 26. Overall, everything is good. Hotel amenities good and clean. Breakfast was smooth and good too.
However, need to feedback pertaining to in dining service staff. I order 3 times for my food. Food was good. But the staff need to have personal hygiene. My room smell wonderful with my scent diffuser until they step in to deliver food. All of them have strong body odour. Very unpleasant experienceat that moment. Hope you guys can look into this.
I will be checking in again coming 11 Sep 26.

From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear this hotel takes hospitality seriously. The property itself is stunning — the lush greenery woven throughout the lobby and public spaces gives it a unique, almost garden-like atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease after a long flight. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a gorgeous view that we genuinely didn't want to look away from.

That said, what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional service we received at the front desk. A special mention goes to Yarik, one of the reception managers, who went above and beyond to make our check-in seamless and warm. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about ensuring guests feel welcome. He took the time to answer all our questions about the area, offered thoughtful recommendations for dining and sightseeing, and handled a small request we had with impressive efficiency and a genuine smile throughout.

It's rare to encounter this level of professionalism combined with such authentic warmth. Yarik's attention to detail and proactive approach made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation number, and it set the tone for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast spread was excellent, the pool area was a great place to unwind, and the location made it easy to explore Marina Bay and beyond. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and the outstanding service from staff like Yarik is a huge part of why we'll be returning.

Highly recommend to anyone visiting Singapore — ask for Yarik if you want your stay to start off perfectly!

Love the cosy restaurant for buffet dinner!

It was my 3rd stays at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay and will be my top 3 hotels in Singapore.
The hotel provided an awesome service, given me an complimentary small cake for my birthday celebration.l upon request. Got a good view of marina Bay. Cleanliness is good. The pool is not crowded and the kids love it. Shopping mall just right below of the hotel. Easy to access to City Hall MRT station (10mins walk).

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. Yarik went above and beyond during our check-in process and stay ensuring everything was perfect including accommodating a later check-out due to our flight time and providing the perfect room for us.

The hotel itself is immaculate and has all the amenities you could want, the atrium is gorgeous and the breakfast was great (according to my wife it was one of the best she has had and we travel a lot!)

Location wise there is so much around within a short walk and marina bay itself has so much to explore.

This will be our hotel for every visit to Singapore from now on.

Excellent hotel overall, really grew on me
Quite, functional, excellent facilities

There are many, many remarkable aspects to this hotel but the most remarkable is their service - from the front desk to the wait staff at the bar and breakfast restaurant. In particular Deven, a valet, was amazingly mindful of every guest who came in and left the hotel! We truly appreciated the service we received over a 6-day stay.

Everything. Cleanliness of the facilities, politenessof and helpfulness of the staff, location. Also amazing bed and mattress. Great breakfast!

The property was close to everything

Ganesan and nawi very both so helpful with information about places to visit . Both extremely friendly and went over and beyond to make it a special experience for us at this hotel . Amazing hospitality and they are an asset to this hotel .
