Felices Vacaciones
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el Hotel,antiguo que impresiona estar en otra época y me encantó.
El personal muy amable y dedicado al confort del cliente.
Muy céntrico y ambiente dinámico tanto de día como de noche,por lo que se comenta que Francia es la ciudad que nunca duerme
Pude visitar lugares hermosos y de gran historia.
El desayuno variado y luminoso el comedor
Buen transporte y cercanía a los lugares históricos con el metro.
Restaurantes cerca para todos los precios
En fin repetiría nuevamente.

המיקום של המלון מעולה, בתוך פסאז', עם הרבה אפשרויות לאכול ולבלות מסביב. השירות של הצוות היה מושלם, לא היתה פנייה שלא קיבלתי תשובה והרבה נכונות לעזור.

החדרים לא מושלמים, היו קילופים בטפט שעל הקיר, אבל זה באמת זניח ביחס לתמורה ולמחיר

Pros:

Posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi destinazione, comunque vicinissima alla stazione Metro Grand Boulevard per chi necessita l'uso di questo mezzo (noi l'abbiamo usata solo per raggiungere Port Maillot da dove partivano le navette per l'aeroporto). Letto comodissimo, pulizia giornaliera con cambio degli asciugamani, colazione ricca e buonissima. Scelta dell'albergo rivelatasi perfetta !

Tivemos uma execelente estadia pelo Up grade e apoio do Gerente !
Pros:

A equipe de recepção é muito boa e o Gerente é esforçadíssimo em apoiar o hóspede e resolver os problemas com muita simpatia e eficiência. O Hotel tem uma
localização excelente em relação a linha e a
localização da estação, praticamente na porta. O Rue Monmartre é animadíssima e tem muitos bares e restaurantes ao redor além
de cafeterias . Você fica com uma estrutura importante ao seu redor e isso dá conforto e segurança .
O quarto maior e incrível! Tem janela para o Boulevard, cama ótima e roupas de cama também. Mas não tem o chuveiro que os brasileiros gostam.

Cons:

A entrada do hotel não está bem decorada e deixa a desejar. Ela está numa galeria que tem
um aspecto mais estranho. Não é tão limpa. Aliás a limpeza nas áreas comuns acontece mas a falta de manutenção compromete essa sensação de limpeza.
A impressão da chegada não é boa!!!
A parte em carpete da circulação nos quartos, em muitos andares está solta. Isso prejudica a sensação de estarmos em um local cuidado! Portas, pinturas e algumas manutenções de papel de parede estão por fazer. Parece que a Best Western esqueceu de apoiar seu gerente , que se desdobra para atender da melhor maneira seus clientes , tentando dar o melhor conforto possível. O quarto de melhor tamanho , é incrível! Tem janela para o Boulevard.

Value for money...
Pros:

Hotellet lå meget godt i forhold til at komme hurtigt rundt i Paris... Personalet var rigtig flinke og hjælpsomme ved spørgsmål, pæne rene værelser - som altid godt at bo på Best Western Hotellerne
