Maybe everyday room cleaning. New sheets

I had to ask as they do not do room service every day, although that, the staff was lovely to have changed them for me

Was good, nice little cosy room, friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was good, easy to find and access, facilities.

Cons:

I didn’t have a DND sign, somebody also walked straight into my room without knocking at one point, view was pretty disappointing, kind of expected a view of the sky tower but the window was short and dirty and very difficult to see much (see pics). Could also hear noise coming from the hallway too.

The location was convenient and WiFi worked well.

Cons:

The check-in experience was a poor one, with an additional NZD25 being requested for me to receive my room immediately when I arrived some one hour before the stated check-in time (a fee I declined to pay); there was then a ½-hour wait until a room was provided. The room itself was very sparsely furnished- no desk, no chair, not even a bedside lamp.

It was very small no facilities
For a king size suite it was tiny
Was told room service only every three days WTF

Cons:

Being really fussy... cleaning up the scuff marks on the white walls with either a magic eraser - or a repaint in need - would make the rooms and corridors look a lot less tired.
