la ubicacion y el servicio solo un detalle una de las habitaciones me la entregaron pero al abrir la puerta no estaba limpia,, las camas estaban destendidas y el baño sucio, inmediatamente me cambiaron la habitacion sin ningun problema, creo fue una confusion al asignar la habitacion

Le personnel était vraiment très gentil, je suis venue pour une nuit entre 2 avions et l'emplacement est idéal, juste à coté de l'aéroport. L'hotel met en place une navette gratuite pour emmener les voyageurs à l'aéroport ça c'est vraiment bien !

Cons:

Je crois que j'ai eu la pire chambre de l'hotel... On m'a mise dans une chambre pour personnes agées ou handicapées au RDC et vraiment juste à coté du restaurant / bar. Cela faisait énormément de bruit, j'ai du mettre des coussins au pied de la porte pour réussir à avoir moins de bruit. Le lit était gigantesque mais vraiment trsè inconfortable, le matelas était vraiment trop dur pour moi.

It worked out fine for us. Will probably look for something less minimalist next time.
Pros:

It is close to the airport. The shuttle service was dependable and on time. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The woman working in the restaurant was very nice.

Cons:

It just a little more bare bones that I was anticipating. It was cement floor. The restaurant is pretty minimal. No wine or mixed drinks,

Excellent location and stay
Pros:

The prompt pick up service from and to the airport. Everyone was very nice and everything was nice and clean, quiet and got a good rest.

Cons:

I couldn't figure out what the TV situation was, it seemed that unless you paid you couldn't watch TV not even free channels.

Pros:

Las camas son cómodas, si vas a conciertos a la arena VGF o al aeropuerto, está muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Me dió la sensación de que no estaba muy limpio y no tienen leche deslactosada. Cuando le pregunté a la señora que está en cocina que si cuentan con leche deslactosada, me respondió como enojada.
