Narita Airport is located 37 mi from central Tokyo, and there are 4 main transport options into the city.
1) The JR Narita Express Train goes to major stations including Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Travel time is approximately 1 hour. It is available every 30 minutes until approximately 21:30.
2) The Keisei Skyliner Train offers nonstop service to Nippori and Ueno Train Stations in about 40 minutes.
3) The Airport Limousine Bus offers transport to a variety of major hotels and train stations throughout Tokyo, most of which are within a 2-hour bus ride away. Tokyo City Air Terminal (next to Suitengu Subway Station) is about a 1-hour ride and Tokyo Station is a 75-minute ride away. Please ask the desk staff if the Limousine Bus stops at your hotel or a hotel nearby.
4) The Keisei Access Express Train offers access to all stops on the Asakusa Subway Line, as well as Shinbashi and Shinagawa Stations, with a final stop at Haneda Airport.

フロントスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。予定より早く2時に池袋に到着、チェックインは3時からの予定でしたが、お部屋の用意ができたのでどうそ、とのこと。雨に濡れていたので大変助かりました。

Hotel is totally outdated. Whole hotel needs an overhaul. Gym is not 24/7 and you need to even pay for the Gym.

Fantastic location with a shopping centre, supermarket and train station across the road and loads of restaurants within walking distance as well as onsite.
The room was a great size and well appointed.
The beds were very firm, too firm for me. But I asked at reception after a sleepless first night on a rock hard bed and they put memory foam toppers on the beds for us which made them more bearable.
The beds were too firm for us (I had a sleepless first night because of how hard the mattress was - it hurt) but staff were lovely when we asked for any alternative options and put memory foam toppers on the mattresses for us which helped a lot.
Very clean, great bar and make sure to take advantage of the all you can eat buffet for dinner
A bit small for me, but quite normal for a Japenese hotel room. Shower had a curtain (not a door) we flooded the bathroom floor every morning.
Great on site facilities and good restaurants and bars. Nice clean rooms, good value.
Stayed in for 7 nights. Room is spacious enough to open two large check in suit cases. They have a laundry room in the building which we utilized. Pajamas were provided every day. It is located right next to the train station which made it super convenient. We added the breakfast and they had decent options. I never missed a day without the miso soup(so good!) it was worth it. Saves us time in the morning and not needed to worry about what and where to get breakast . Their in house bakery was a plus as well, great desert and pastry selection.

L'honnêteté et le professionnalisme : Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Mention spéciale à la dame qui m'a bien aidé pour l'envoi de mes bagages : elle m'a recontacté très rapidement après avoir constaté une erreur de leur côté sur le coût de l'envoi et m'a remboursé le trop-plein immédiatement. Je n'avais rien remarqué car le prix payé me semblait standard. Je salue bien fort son honnêteté et son professionnalisme !
L'accueil en français : Mention également au monsieur à la réception qui m'a bien aidé dans mes démarches en me parlant en français, ce qui est rare et très appréciable au Japon !

L'hôtel refuse de délivrer une facture te nous renvoi vers Booking pour l'obtenir ce que vous ne faites pas. Je ne réserverai plus sur Booking pour cette hôtel
