Charmant hôtel dans un quartier animée
Pros:

Bel emplacement, à même pas 1 minute de la tour Galata. Quartier animé, surtout le soir. Si vous désirez plus de tranquillité, demander une chambre qui donne sur la rue de l’entrée principale. Les chambres avec vue sur la rue arrière donne sur une rue de restaurants donc animée, par contre la fenestration est assez étanche. Nous avons adoré ce charmant hotel.

Justo lo que buscábamos!
Pros:

Un hotel lindo, limpio y cómodo. Siempre recibimos muy buen trato de todos y la ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo, restaurantes, atracciones, metro y puerto.

This hotel is in a very loud location.
Pros:

The location was great - walkable into Taksim for shopping and across the bridge for the mosques. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel had no sound proofing so definitely don’t stay here if you want to get a good night’s sleep. The bed wasn’t comfortable, it was very hard. The shower was a bit rubbish - low water pressure and couldn’t get the temperature right, was either boiling hot or cold.

Отель Des Arts Galata — идеальная база для знакомства с европейской частью Стамбула. До Галатской башни буквально 2 минуты пешком, рядом классные кафе, магазины, и при этом в номерах довольно тихо (окна моего номера выходили на Галату, что захватывало дух от красоты и величия башни😍)Номера разных размеров в ретро стиле, что однозначно отражает всю уникальность этого места.

Отдельно хочу поблагодарить менеджера Şefik. Это человек который может найти общий язык с любым гостем. Вежливый, ненавязчивый, реально заботится о гостях. В этом можно убедиться только приехав сюда и думаю вы сразу поймете, о чем я говорю, и однозначно останетесь довольны. Могу с уверенностью сказать, что самое ценное в этой гостинице не ее шикарная локация, а люди которые там работают. Абсолютно весь коллектив максимально вовлечен в процесс создания уюта для своих гостей🌸
Спасибо менеджеру Şefik и его коллегам за столь радушный прием, я обязательно вернусь в этот отель и буду его рекомендовать.

Everything and everyone of the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make Everything possible for you,,safeek was stand out as well as other staff but I dont remember their names.nice small boutique hotel with very good breakfast place nearby.

Pros:

Very cute hotel, homey, the attention to detail is amazing! You can find old apliances all over the room. The bed has thick, comfortable matress, and soft pillows. Bathroom is spacious, clean. It is near Galata Tower, so all the atractions and shops are in the walking distance! I recommend it!

Buen hotel si viajas ligero

Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente.
La colazione è buona e viene servita in un bel locale a pochi passi dalla struttura.
La camera era pulita e luminosa.
Il bagno è piccolo ma pulito e con tutto il necessario.
La struttura è a pochi metri dalla torre di Galata, in pieno centro.
Fate attenzione, essendo situato su una strada molto turistica la struttura non è silenziosa.
