Excellent Stay
Pros:

I always look forward to staying at the Hilton whenever I visit Singapore. The hotel is clean, modern, and excellently located, with top-notch amenities. It is definitely my favorite hotel in Singapore.

A special mention to Ryan, who consistently provides exceptional service and is always incredibly accommodating despite his busy schedule.

I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly continue choosing it whenever I'm in Singapore.

Outstanding Customer Service - Thank you, Brandon!
Pros:

After experiencing some service issues during a previous stay, I wasn't sure what to expect when planning our return visit. However, Brandon Choy and the team at Hilton Singapore Orchard have been exceptional.

Brandon took the time to understand our concerns and went above and beyond to restore our confidence in the hotel by arranging thoughtful goodwill gestures for our upcoming stay. His professionalism, communication and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction have been outstanding.

It's refreshing to deal with someone who truly values their guests and follows through on their promises. We are now genuinely looking forward to returning to Hilton Singapore Orchard with complete confidence and would like to thank Brandon for his outstanding customer service.

Perfect location. Excellent service. Renovated rooms.
Pros:

Years ago this was the Mandarin Hotel Orchard. It has since been fully renovated and is a Hilton.

Location
One of the best locations in Singapore. It's in the middle of Orchard Road and next to two MRT stops. It's a perfect hub. Traffic can get congested but better to take MRT anyway.

Entrance
Friendly drop off. You take a lift to the 5th floor lobby. There you will see restaurants and a bank of front desk people. All were super friendly and acknowledged our HHonors status.

Room
Beautifully renovated w modern amenities. Spacious for families.

Be sure to get a room w a view.

Executive Lounge
The largest, best appointed Hilton lounge I have ever seen. It was larger than most restaurants. For breakfast there is an omelet station and several counters w fruit, pastries, Asian food, etc. the size of this lounge and service should be an example for all Hiltons.

Lifts
Sometimes slow and crowded. Sometimes you have to take the lift, walk through the lobby to the other building and take another lift.

Conclusion
We loved this hotel and will definitely go back.

Best located 5* Hotel at Orchard road with a lovely staff
Pros:

It’s not our first time here in Singapore but it’s our first time at the Hilton Orchard Road. And we are really excited and enjoying our Stay here at the Hilton - we that’s a Family with two kids (13/16 years old).

We already stayed in several Hotels in Singapore so at the Shangri-La, the Mandarin, the Pan Pacific and if it would still exist we would probably have stayed at the Intercontinental (but that closed at the end of 2025).

But now, because we are here, we won’t choose an other Hotel in Singapore anymore. The Staff here is super friendly, the Hotel is modern, clean and the Breakfast is really nice. Also the big Club Lounge is very good and the location is just perfect 👌

Of course it’s a really big Hotel, so if you are looking for a personalised, quiet experience it might be the wrong one for you.

But if you are looking for a modern solid 5* Hotel (either for Business or Family) at a perfect location, with a great staff then you have to say here 👍

Our special thanks goes to Ms. ZiWei from the reception team, she did an outstanding job!

And sorry IHG Group, even when we are Ambassador, Diamond Elite Members, because the Hilton Group offer a „Family room“ and together with the Diamond status by Hilton we have free lounge access, you will not see us so often in the future at your properties…

Great location and breakfast
Pros:

Location, Best for shopping and restaurant
Breakfast, Great Hilton breakfast, too many choices make you overeat, also the freshly juice drinks, but the best breakfast juice is Hilton Cologne Germany, where they have a juicer with fresh carrots, green apples, beets that you juice yourself. This is the best as there will be leftover at the end of the day. But a better way is to use a slow juicer (Korean brand) instead of the regular fast juicer.
