Disappointing stay after a long day because of the plane delay, airport disruption and the 5.30pm available of their ro

Always come back to stay here but this recent stay was not up to expectation. Checked into the room after 2hours wait at 5.30pm.

Cons:

My old aged parents waited for more than 2hrs, check in was slow, staffs were not responsive nor were they understanding about the long check in. All in all, they are extremely disappointed

Clean, good breakfast, quite small room as for almost ~300eur per night.
Pros:

The breakfast is perfect. Three types of restrains. Especially loved the fresh juice corner.
Good gym.
