As a Hilton Gold member, I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Singapore Orchard and would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my visit so memorable.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and genuinely recognised as a valued Hilton Honors member. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, professional, and heartfelt.

A special thank you goes to Shazwan, Jelica, and Daisy, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly embody the Hilton spirit. They were always approachable, attentive, and proactive in making sure my family and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What made this stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday arrangement that had been prepared for me. It was such a pleasant surprise and a wonderful gesture that made me feel celebrated and appreciated. The effort put into the setup and the personal touches did not go unnoticed and created a memorable experience that I will cherish.

The hotel itself continues to impress with its beautiful facilities, excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service standards. Every interaction with the team reinforced why Hilton Singapore Orchard remains one of my preferred hotels in Singapore.

Team work under pressure

Wow Sunday 20th was manic in the club lounge, the team were running everywhere to catch up, the US navy are there Feb to August the team worked there tails off. Excellent team very friendly and efficient. From Stuart and Pam Wood

Pros:

Always stayed here whenever i come to singapore. Best location and awesome service. Upgrade my room. Left my stuff and i lost it. Duty manager, Fitri. Came to the room and replace it. Respect how they did. Room so clean, and so comfy. Not to mention choices of breakfast are so good!

This is our first time staying a the Hilton Singapore Orchard and all I can say is WoW. I want to say special thanks to the Valet staff, Front Office reception staff, Housekeeping team and F&B team for their wonderful job well done.
